The international field has witnessed economical and technological developments which made the world one market . this increased the competence among the international dealers . the market, thus comprises states, governments, international organizations, and giant economic blocs which all seek to unify the behavior of the game by dealing and seizing the opportunities and facing the threats which concern deregulation in all its forms .This led to a number of developments including the increasing number of mergers and posts which are considered investment alternatives.
In the light of changes taking place in Iraq and the extension of what is happening thus foreign banks were allowed to enter Iraq and to contribute together to work with Iraqi private banks in order to develop the Iraqi banking environment and gain experience to keep pace with this development. So this study intends to identify this type of foreign investment in Iraq through the so-called foreign participation in the capital of Iraqi private banks, which is a new experience with these banks and pinpoints the impact of this experience on those banks in improving their performance and achievements dne to the increase in capital and an increase in deposits, profits and an improvement in the quality of services provided and the excellent reputation of the bank co-whether inside or outside Iraq as a result of such participation as well as the possibility of expansion and development of these banks and their ability to face competition from other banks internationally and globally.
The research found a number of recommendations to enhance this experience by addressing some of the negatives that accompanied it.

The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using Art as therapy to reduce the symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD), in primary school children.
A clinical approach was used to test the validity of the hypothesis of our study, conducted on two second and fourth-year primary school pupils from Algiers, aged 7 and 9 years respectively.
In addition to the clinical observation and interview, we made use of the "Conners" scale for a (pre and post intervention) ADHD assessment, consisting of a combination of Art media in the form of mosaic works on purposely prepared panels. After 10 therapy sessions, results revealed the effectiveness of Art therapy in reducing ADHD in primary education
Loanwords are the words transferred from one language to another, which become essential part of the borrowing language. The loanwords have come from the source language to the recipient language because of many reasons. Detecting these loanwords is complicated task due to that there are no standard specifications for transferring words between languages and hence low accuracy. In this study, the electron coefficients; Mean energy , Mobility and Drift velocity of different gases Ar, He, N2 and O2 in the ionosphere have been calculated using BOLSIG+ program to check the solution results of Boltzmann equation results, and effect of reduced electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients. The electric field has been specified in the limited range 1-100 Td. The gases were in the ionosphere layer at an altitude frame 50-2000 km. The characteristics of sulfur nanoparticles were studied by using atomic force microscope (AFM) analysis. The atomic force microscope (AFM) measurements showed that the average size of sulfur nanoparticles synthesized using thiosulfate sodium solution through the extract of cucurbita pepo extra was 93.62 nm.
