The research attempts to diagnose the level of the effect of human resources flexibility (employees skills flexibility, employees behaviors flexibility, and human resource practice flexibility) in the south al-rusafa directorate of a power station one of the formations and the Ministry of Electricity, and impact of a range of variables related to the performance operational, namely, (efficiency, effectiveness)recognizing the importance of the subjects studied,& because of the importance of expected results of the field under consideration,researcher selected a sample of size (121) engineers and technicians of workers in the directorate. Was my hypotheses the major search of a relationship and impact between human resources flexibility and operational performance, conducted the analysis depending on the number of statistical tools to validate these hypotheses, including the correlation coefficient rank (Spearman) and method (Structural Equation Modeling)to determine the relations of influence, the research results indicate that the the three dimensions of human resources flexibility have a positive impact on operational performance and this is what supports the statistical formulation of the research assumptions.the search recommends that the directorate should aware & the focus of the research sample which show the interest of human resource flexibility ( employees skills, employees behaviors, and human resource practice), which considers (the black box) for strategy human resources management, to improvement achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the operational performance of the work of the directorate by increasing the operating hours.

The primary aim of this study was to find out the effect of a training program on the development of physical abilities in football goalkeepers. The current study was conducted on goalkeepers of the Academy of Espanyol Sports Club in the premises of Haifa Sports Club Stadium. The study was completed by the researchers within the timeline of May 2021 to August 2021. A total of 7 goalkeepers falling within the age group of 15-17 years were recruited as the sample participants for the study. Carbides or nitrides thin films present materials with good mechanical properties for industrial applications as they can be coatings at low temperatures serve temperature sensitive surfaces. In this work the effect of the C percentage on the mechanical properties represented by the Young modulus (E) of combinatorial magnetron sputtered TiCx (34%x˂65%) has been studied. The structure of the produced films is TiC independent on the C concentration. The mechanical properties are increased with increasing the C concentration up to 50%, and then decreasing with further C % increasing. These results can be explained by considering the resultant residual stresses.
