The research attempts to diagnose the level of the effect of human resources flexibility (employees skills flexibility, employees behaviors flexibility, and human resource practice flexibility) in the south al-rusafa directorate of a power station one of the formations and the Ministry of Electricity, and impact of a range of variables related to the performance operational, namely, (efficiency, effectiveness)recognizing the importance of the subjects studied,& because of the importance of expected results of the field under consideration,researcher selected a sample of size (121) engineers and technicians of workers in the directorate. Was my hypotheses the major search of a relationship and impact between human resources flexibility and operational performance, conducted the analysis depending on the number of statistical tools to validate these hypotheses, including the correlation coefficient rank (Spearman) and method (Structural Equation Modeling)to determine the relations of influence, the research results indicate that the the three dimensions of human resources flexibility have a positive impact on operational performance and this is what supports the statistical formulation of the research assumptions.the search recommends that the directorate should aware & the focus of the research sample which show the interest of human resource flexibility ( employees skills, employees behaviors, and human resource practice), which considers (the black box) for strategy human resources management, to improvement achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the operational performance of the work of the directorate by increasing the operating hours.
The research aims to determine optimal urban planning and design indicators of the urban clusters form in hot arid zones through studying of three urban areas in Baghdad, analyzing their urban indicators which include floor area ratio (FAR), urban clusters height, building density or land coverage, green areas, paved areas, shading ratio and how they affect urban temperature. Polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membrane blending NaX zeolite crystals as a hydrophilic additive was examined for zinc (II) and lead ions Pb (II) removal from aqueous solutions. The effect of NaX zeolite content on the permeation flux and removal efficiency was studied. The results showed that adding zeolite to the polymer matrix enhanced the permeation flux. The permeation flux of all the zeolite/PES matrix membranes was higher than the pristine membrane. No significant improvement was observed in the removal of Zn (II) ions using all prepared membranes as the removal percentage did not raise above 29.2%.
