The modern business environment Witness tremendous.These developments result from globalization of markets and economic and technological openness. Those developments resulting a heightened competition between economic units and higher the costs of their products and lower their functional characteristics. They do not take into account the response to the requirements of customers. This matter commit it to search for scientific methods to help it to cope with the happening changes and improve its competitive position, The current study acquired its importance by providing significance through by applicable integrated framework to reduce the costs of products. This reduction should be without compromising their quality by using the integration between Target Costing and Value Engineering with support Quality Function Deployment. Techniques of Target Costing and Value Engineering consider the most suitable formula for the management of costs and pricing of products and addition to increasing the capacity of economic units on the competition.

To observe the effect of media of the internal pressure on the equivalent stress distribution in the tube, an experimental study is done by constructing a testing rig to apply the hydraulic pressure and three dies are manufactured with different bulging configurations (square, cosine, and conical). In the other part, ANSYS APDL is generated to analyze the bulging process with hydraulic and rubber (natural and industrial) media. It was found that when the media is a rubber, the stress is decreased about 9.068% in case of cosine die and 5.4439% in case of conical die and 2.8544% in case of square die. This research considers the preservation of environment through recycling old toys. This is achieved by transforming the old toys into educational clothing accessories for kindergarten stages. The research methodology adapts both descriptive and applied approaches. The research questionnaire targeted a sample of 35 teachers to collect information about the waste toys in kindergarten. Also, another sample of 30 teachers and mothers were targeted to measure the suitability of the clothing designs for the early childhood stages.
