Purpose: To use the balanced measurement approach as a strategic link for increasing the effectiveness of strategic planning in the direction of achieving satisfaction rates at Bisha University in Saudi Arabia

Design / methodology / approach –The questionnaire survey was used to collect the data of the study from the faculty members at University of Bisha.

Findings –Prove the assumption that the use of the balanced measurement approach - as a strategic planning tool - leads to maximize the satisfaction rates among faculty members at the University of Bisha.

Roughness length is one of the key variables in micrometeorological studies and environmental studies in regards to describing development of cities and urban environments. By utilizing the three dimensions ultrasonic anemometer installed at Mustansiriyah university, we determined the rate of the height of the rough elements (trees, buildings and bridges) to the surrounding area of the university for a radius of 1 km. After this, we calculated the zero-plane displacement length of eight sections and calculated the length of surface roughness. The results proved that the ranges of the variables above are Z_H (9.2-13.8) m, Z_d (4.3-8.1) m and Z_o (0.24-0.48) m.

     In the present work, a kinetic study was performed to the extraction of phosphate from Iraqi Akashat phosphate ore using organic acid. Leaching was studied using lactic acid for the separation of calcareous materials (mainly calcite). Reaction conditions were 2% by weight acid concentration and 5ml/gm of acid volume to ore weight ratio. This study aims to inspect the marginalization strategies implemented by Iraqi newspapers, with a focus on the daily newspaper (Al-Sabah) and its coverage of the October 2019 protests in Iraq, by employing the “Paradigm” Module. The research is descriptive the researcher implemented a descriptive-analytical survey method by using a non-probability sampling represented by (74) issues of Al-Sabah newspaper and used (content analysis form) as a tool to analyze (93) news content related to the October protests.
The Researcher reached several conclusions:
1- Al-Sabah newspaper mainly depends on “Economic Reforms” as a marginalization strategy in its news coverage of the October 2019 protests.
