This research investigated the importance and priorities of the project overhead costs in Iraq via a questionnaire using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process technique (FAHP). Using this technique is very important in the uncertain circumstances as in our country. Results of the study revealed some histological changes represented by aggregation of the lymphocytes around respiratory bronchioles of the lung. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman.
