تشهد بیئة الأعمال المعاصرة جملة من التغیرات والتطورات التكنولوجیة وتزایداً في حدةالمنافسة، وأتساع الفجوة بین العاملین والإدارة ، وقدرة الإدارة على التمییز بین الموظفین، والمشاركة فيإتخاذ القرارات، الامر الذي یلقي على عاتق شركة التأمین إجراء التغییر التنظیمي لتحقیق تطور فيالخدمات التأمینیة التي تقدمها للجمهور من تنوع التغطیات التأمینیة )الوثائق( والسرعة في تسویةالتعویضات وغیرها من الانشطة التي تمارسها الشركة.وهذا یضعنا أمام تساؤلات منها ما مدى تطبیق التغییر التنظیمي في شركة التأمین الوطنیةالعامة؟، ماهو دوره في الخدمة التأمینیة التي تقدمها شركة التأمین الوطنیة العامة؟، وكیفیة الاستفادة منالتغییر التنظیمي في تطویر الخدمات التي تقدمها شركة التأمین؟وعلى هذا الأساس عرض الباحث في دراسته موضوع )دور التغییر التنظیمي في تطویرالخدمة التأمینیة( دراسة تطبیقیة في شركة التأمین الوطنیة العامة، وقد كان الهدف من البحث مساعدةالشركة المبحوثة في تحدید التأثیر بین متغیرات البحث )مداخل التغییر التنظیمي والخدمة التأمینیة(ومعرفة أي من المتغیرات أكثر تأثیر في نشاط الشركة، والتوصل إلى عدد من النتائج التي یمكن أنتساعد الشركة الاستفادة من التغییر التنظیمي في تطویر الخدمة التأمینیة. توضیح المفاهیم النظریةالمتصلة بالتغییر التنظیمي ومداخل التغییر التنظیمي.
Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the major cause of cancer related deaths among Iraqi women. Due to the relatively late detection of breast cancer, the majority of the patients are still treated by modified radicle mastectomy. ... Show MoreThe experiment was carried out in the Department of Biology, College of Education for Pure Science –Ibn AL Haitham, University of Baghdad, Iraq, during the growing season 2017 – 2018. The objective was to find out the effect of foliar spraying of tryptophan and IQ COMBI nano fertilizer on cumin plants. The obtained results show that both tryptophan and IQ COMBI nano fertilizer increased plant height, root length, shoot dry weight, the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, protein percentage, no. compound umbel.plant-1, wt. seeds. plant-1. The optimum treatment combination was calculated as 30 mg.L-1 tryptophan, 1000mg.L-1 IQ COMBI nano fertilizer, which gave the highest values for most of the parameters studied

The trematode Plagioporus skrjabin iKowal, 1951 was recorded in this study for the first time in Iraq from intestine of Mystus pelusius

Active listening allows paying attention to the speaker, asking him,
arguing with him, judging what he says, and making decision on what
he says. For this reason, the researcher felt the need for preforming a
study to identify the effect of critical listening on developing students'
critical thinking at reading in the Kurdish language department.

In the Rumaila oilfields in southern Iraq, the Zubair Formation was deposited in a shallow environment as three main facies, delta plain, backshore, and delta front depositional conditions indicating a transition from delta front and delta plain to a highstand level due to the finning upward mode. The facies of the Zubair clasts show well-sorted quartz arenite sandstone, poorly sorted quartz arenite sandstone, clayey sandstone that has not been properly sorted, sandy shale, and shale lithofacies. The minor lithofacies were identified using well-logging methods (gamma ray, spontaneous potential and sonic logs) and petrography.
