لم تعد ظاهرة غسل الأموال ظاهرةً محلیة أو إقلیمیة، فكل دولة معرضة لهذه الظاهرة لانتأثیراتها تستهدف الإنسان أینما كان باستهدافها الأوضاع الاقتصادیة والمالیة والاجتماعیة وحتىالأخلاقیة، سواء على المستوى الوطني أم على المستوي الدولي، فضلاً عن استغلال الاندماج الحاصلفي أسواق المال الدولیة والتطور التقني في الأنظمة المالیة لنقل الأموال المراد غسلها وتحریكها إلى إيمكان في العالم، وهو ما جعل المجتمع الدولي یحاول التصدي لهذه الظاهرة ومكافحتها وتحجیمها عبرإصدار اتفاقات ومعاهدات وتوصیات وتشریعات واستراتیجیات والیات، وكانت الهیئة الرائدة في هذاالمجال منظمة الأمم المتحدة، تتبعها لجنة العمل المالي لمكافحة غسل الأموال )فاتف(. َّ أن هذا البحثجاء لبیان الدور التي تنهض به أسواق الأوراق المالیة في مكافحة غسل الأموال فاستعرض التجربةالأمریكیة والتجربة المصریة بهذا الخصوص وقدم ضوابط رقابیة مقترحة لمكافحة غسل الأموال في سوقالأوراق المالیة كما قدم جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصیات.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate nurses' practices regarding electronic nursing documentation
Methodology: 40 nurses have been chosen for a pre experimental sample using a non-probability (purposive) method between November 20, 2021, and March 1, 2023. The pretest and posttest comparisons included the same group that had been exposed to the software.
Results : table the nurses' practices toward electronic nursing documentation was described as poor and fair it means that nurses practices need to be improved and developed by an interventional program. there is no significant differences between age, gender and years of employment variables and nurses practices.

The last decade of this 20th century provides a wide spread of applications of one of the computer techniques, which is called Fuzzy Logic. This technique depends mainly on the fuzzy set theory, which is considered as a general domain with respect to the conventional set theory. This paper presents in initiative the fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic as a complete mathematics system. Here it was explained the concept of fuzzy set and defined the operations of fuzzy logic. It contains eleven operations beside the other operations which related to fuzzy algebra. Such search is considered as an enhancement for supporting the others waiting search activities in this field.

The activation energy and optical band gap of different regions (p-type) polysilicon have been measured. Both microscopic studies and current-voltage characteristics of diodes prepared on different surface regions were carried out. Comparison of diodes parameters and microscopic studies indicate that the type of angles between boundaries has a significant effect on diodes parameters while the boundary lengths per unit area has less effect.
