The results of research confirmed that there is a set of internal and external determinants involving the Iraq stock exchange market with listed companies that affect the use of means promoting of related to the law of the market and other possibilities available and degree of cooperation of listed companies to promote itself and the market, and it recommended that research the need for responsible parties in the Iraq stock exchange adopt a statute or law to stimulate the use of promotional tools are required companies in which to promote and provide the ways and possibilities of human and financial all to promote the market to create awareness of the social, cultural and economic attracts individuals from (financiers and investors) and will lead to interaction and integration between all parties mentioned previously, which reflects its impact in increasing the volume of trading in securities and raise activity and efficiency of the securities market.

A total of 48 experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of slit weir dimensions and locations on the maximum scour depth and scour area created upstream. The slit weir model was a 110 mm slit opening, and it was installed at the end of the working section in a laboratory flume. The flume was 10.0 m long, 30 cm wide, 30 cm deep, and almost middle. Show MoreIn this paper, the maximum likelihood estimator and the Bayes estimator of the reliability function for negative exponential distribution has been derived, then a Monte –Carlo simulation technique was employed to compare the performance of such estimators. The integral mean square error (IMSE) was used as a criterion for this comparison. The simulation results displayed that the Bayes estimator performed better than the maximum likelihood estimator for different samples sizes.
