The results of research confirmed that there is a set of internal and external determinants involving the Iraq stock exchange market with listed companies that affect the use of means promoting of related to the law of the market and other possibilities available and degree of cooperation of listed companies to promote itself and the market, and it recommended that research the need for responsible parties in the Iraq stock exchange adopt a statute or law to stimulate the use of promotional tools are required companies in which to promote and provide the ways and possibilities of human and financial all to promote the market to create awareness of the social, cultural and economic attracts individuals from (financiers and investors) and will lead to interaction and integration between all parties mentioned previously, which reflects its impact in increasing the volume of trading in securities and raise activity and efficiency of the securities market.

This research seeks the effects of dubbed Turkish TV series on Iraqi audiences. The chosen sample is about 600 Iraqi students at Baghdad and al-Anbar Universities. This study consists of four sections: section one deals with the theoretical framework of the study. Section two studies the dubbed Turkish TV series. The third section explores the role of mass media in forming tendencies, and the last section seeks the field study by analyzing the tendencies if Iraqi viewers of these series.
