The impact of exercising occupational hypocrisy on organizational strategic success: An Empirical study on university of kufa faculty of administration and economic

This research aims to identify the relationship between occupational hypocrisy and organizational strategic success, It was done by analyzing the correlations and influence between variables,  applied to a random sample of university professors at the University of Kufa faculty of administration and economic.

The main tool for data collection is the survey were questionnaires were distributed randomly to the professors , and (43) questionnaires were returned, and test its validity by using (SEM) (Structural Equation Modeling), Hypothesis has been tested by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS v. 18), The research found a set of conclusions:(The occupational hypocrisy has a negative influence on the strategic success), and make recommendations.

Improvement of Earth Canals Constructed on Gypseous Soil by Soil Cement Mixture

The gypseous soil may be one of the problems that face the engineers especially when it used as a foundation for hydraulic structures, roads, and other structures. Gypseous soil is strong soil and has good properties when it is dry, but the problem arises when building hydraulic installations or heavy buildings on this soil after wetting the water to the soil by raising the water table level from any source or from rainfall which leads to dissolve the gypsum content.

Cement-stabilized soil has been successfully used as a facing or lining for earth channel, highway embankments and drainage ditches to reduce the risk of erosion and collapsibility of soil. This study is deliberate the treatment of gypseous soil by u

On Some Approximation Properties for a Sequence of λ-Bernstein Type Operators

In 2010, Long and Zeng introduced a new generalization of the Bernstein polynomials that depends on a parameter  and called -Bernstein polynomials. After that, in 2018, Lain and Zhou studied the uniform convergence for these -polynomials and obtained a Voronovaskaja-type asymptotic formula in ordinary approximation. This paper studies the convergence theorem and gives two Voronovaskaja-type asymptotic formulas of the sequence of -Bernstein polynomials in both ordinary and simultaneous approximations. For this purpose, we discuss the possibility of finding the recurrence relations of the -th order moment for these polynomials and evaluate the values of -Bernstein for the functions ,  is a non-negative integer

A review of studies on using nanofluids in flat-plate solar collectors

Continuous escalation of the cost of generating energy is preceded by the fact of scary depletion of the energy reserve of the fossil fuels and pollution of the environment as developed and developing countries burn these fuels. To meet the challenge of the impending energy crisis, renewable energy has been growing rapidly in the last decade. Among the renewable energy sources, solar energy is the most extensively available energy, has the least effect on the environment, and is very efficient in terms of energy conversion. Thus, solar energy has become one of the preferred sources of renewable energy. Flat-plate solar collectors are one of the extensively-used and well-known types of solar collectors. However, the effectiveness of the coll

Knowledge of Secondary School Students on HIV/AIDS in Kirkuk Province / Iraq.

Background: The acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a disorders caused by cellular and humoral immune dysfunction from infection by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV 1 and HIV 2).
Patients and Methods: The study was carried out in Kirkuk governorate on 5090 secondary school students from different localities of the city, for the period from the beginning of October 2005 to the end of March 2006. A special questionnaire was applied for each student containing age, sex, class, parent’s education, mode of transmission & methods of prevention.
Results: There was no significant difference between male and female regarding the etiology of AIDS.The knowledge of secondary school students was

Study the Properties of Sodium Silicate Composite as a Barrier Separating Between the Internal Oil Distillation Towers and Chemical Fumes of Crude Oil

The study of surface hardness, wear resistance, adhesion strength, electrochemical corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity of coatings composed from sodium silicate was prepared using graphite micro-size particles and carbon nano particles as fillers respectively of concentration of (1-5%), for the purpose of covering and protecting the oil distillation towers. The results showed that the sodium silicate coating reinforced with carbon nano-powder has higher resistance to stitches, mechanical wear, adhesive and thermal conductivity than graphite/sodium silicate composite especially when the ratio 5% and 1%, the electrochemical corrosion test confirmed that the coating process of stainless steel 304 lead to increasin

The semantics of terms in terms of inclusiveness when Imam Ibn Hajar al-Askalani (d. 852 e) in his book Fath al-Bari: Door of worship - Practical models

Praise be to Allaah.
My research has included the following: The field of application of semantics when fundamentalists are the book and the Sunnah. Imam Ibn Hajar agreed with the majority of fundamentalists that what is meant from the year (one word denotes one side on two things onwards), and agreed that the significance of the year specific to the rest of its members is not a definite and definite formulas of the public has the singular known as (the) Astragharism, and the plural known as ( The nationality stating that dumping, pluralism is defined as (add), and nakra, if it occurs in the context of the condition, denial and prohibition, the names of the condition, the connected names, and the word (all - all). And the year in whic

Special exercises with ropes, rubber bullets and their impact in some biomechanical variables in the 100m hurdles ran for juniors

The rubber ropes exercises affected muscle groups, which in turn affects the corners of the conditions of the body before and over the barrier where affected the time passed. To change the angle of the approaching and payment impact on passing each times the barrier 1-5. That passed over the barrier 1and gate 5 impacts on the nature of the achievement, where time has become less. Find the values of cruise missiles and other phases and stages of pitch angle other categories which it enshrines stood as compelling rejection men's 110m hurdles. Find the value of the instant messaging distances between different barriers and stages. Studies by adding rubber sling barriers race categories, measurement of kinematic variables.
