The research aims to measure the impact of managerial ability on income persistence for the industrial sector companies listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The managers of these companies have managerial ability that may have an impact on achieving their objectives, setting their future policies and investing opportunities. Which may be reflected in many areas, including the level of profitability achieved and the possibility of continuity or sustainability? A model was used to measure managerial ability as well as a model to measure the income persistence in order to determine the relationship between them, The researchers found the absence of a statistically significant between managerial ability and the income persistence, which requires companies to attract executives with excellent managerial abilities Through the adoption of an appropriate mechanism in the field of recruitment, as well as strengthening the necessary procedures in the area of compensation and try to link the compensation to achieve the profits in a manner that motivates managers to maximize income and increase their Compensation and achieve the interests of the stakeholders.
Carbon nanoparticles are prepared by sonication using carbon black powder. The surface morphology of carbon black (CB) and carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) is investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The particles size ranges from 100 nm to 400 nm for CB and from 10 nm to 100 nm for CNPs. CNPs and CB are mixed with silicon glue of different ratios of 0.025, 0.2, 0.05, and 0.1 to synthesis films. The optical properties of the prepared films are investigated through reflectance and absorbance analyses. A characteristic study of a passively Q-switched diode pumped solid state laser system is presented in this work. For laser a comparison study for the theoretically calculated results with a simulation results using a software which calculates the Q-switched solid state laser parameters was such as energy, peak power and pulse width were performed. Natural fibers and particles reinforced composites are being broadly used due to their bio and specific properties such as low density and easy to machine and production with low cost. In this work, water absorption and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of recycled jute fibers reinforced epoxy resin were enhanced by treating these fibers with alkaline solution. The recycled jute fibers were treated with different concentration of (NaOH) solution at (25 0C) for a period of (24) hours. In this work, the effect of partial amounts of gases in gas mixture of a CW CO2 laser on the output power was investigated. Also their effect on the condition determining the glow-discharge self-sustaining required for pumping the active medium was studied. Two fit relations were derived to predict the output laser power and the electric field to unit pressure ratio as functions to the partial amounts of gases. Results presented in this work could be used fruitfully to determine some of the optimum operational conditions of glow-discharge low-power CW CO2 lasers.
