The auditor plays a key role in economic life because of the confidence his report adds to the audited financial statements. In applying the various stages of the audit process, the auditor must maintain a high moral level that determines his type of commitment in his professional behavior before God first, And to the society at last in a way that supports its independence. On this basis, the aim of the research is to identify the threats that affect the independence of the auditor. To achieve the objective of the research, the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the threats facing the auditor and his professional independence was formulated. In the light of testing the hypotheses of research it was concluded that the financial interests of the auditor with the client could affect the independence of the auditor, and that the risks of self-revision may affect the independence of that auditor also, and that unprofessional harmony and the auditor's defense of the client's interests can also affect the independence Checker.

Abstract
Heavy-duty diesel vehicle idling consumes fossil fuel and reduces atmospheric quality at idle period, but its restriction cannot simply be proscribed. A comprehensive tailpipe emissions database to describe idling impacts is not yet available. This paper presents a substantial data set that incorporates results from DI multi-cylinders Fiat diesel engine. Idle emissions of CO, hydrocarbon (HC), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), smoke opacity, carbon dioxide (CO2) and noise have been reported, when three EGR ratios (10, 20 and 30%) were added to suction manifold.

The inserts used in this study are carbide inserts coated with TiAlN (Titanum, Aluminium and Nitride) for machining a shaft of stainless steel 316L. Finite difference method was used to find the temperature distribution. The experimental results were done using infrared camera while the simulation process was performed using Matlab software package. ABSTRACT The isolation and characterization of (27) isolate of extreme halophilic bacteria was performed ninteen isolate belonged to the genus Halobacterium which included Hb.halobium. Hb. salinarium, Hb. volcanii. Growth curve and generation time in logarthmic phase was measured and found to be (12.8hr±0.32), (11.2hr±0.2), (9.8hr±0.87), respectivaly. Effect of various concentrations of NaCl, KCI, NH4Cl and MgSO4.7H2O was studied, NaCl was essential for the rod shape rapid growth Rat and pigmentation. Less than 1% concentration caused lysis of bacteria. Yeast extract was the best carbone source as compared with glucose and casamino acid.
