The auditor plays a key role in economic life because of the confidence his report adds to the audited financial statements. In applying the various stages of the audit process, the auditor must maintain a high moral level that determines his type of commitment in his professional behavior before God first, And to the society at last in a way that supports its independence. On this basis, the aim of the research is to identify the threats that affect the independence of the auditor. To achieve the objective of the research, the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the threats facing the auditor and his professional independence was formulated. In the light of testing the hypotheses of research it was concluded that the financial interests of the auditor with the client could affect the independence of the auditor, and that the risks of self-revision may affect the independence of that auditor also, and that unprofessional harmony and the auditor's defense of the client's interests can also affect the independence Checker.

In this research, damping properties for composite materials were evaluated using logarithmic decrement method to study the effect of reinforcements on the damping ratio of the epoxy matrix. Three stages of composites were prepared in this research. The first stage included preparing binary blends of epoxy (EP) and different weight percentages of polysulfide rubber (PSR) (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%). It was found that the weight percentage 5% of polysulfide was the best percentage, which gives the best mechanical properties for the blend matrix. The present study aims to investigate the long-term histopathological, and physiological effects of different concentrations of a commercially available energy drink (Tiger) on liver and kidney of young mice. Sixteen Balb/c male mice,6 -week old, were divided into 4 groups (n=4). Two groups consumed the energy drink at a concentration of 28µl energy drink/ml water. The consequences of ionizing radiation-induced oxidative stress on radiographers in X-ray and CT-scan departments utilizing several biochemical were analyzed. The study found highly considerable discrepancies in the interplay between radiation levels and gender in terms of mean Malondialdehyde (MAD), Vitamin D3 (Vit.D3), Triiodothyronine (T3), Thyroxine (T4), and High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), but not Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), cholesterol, triglyceride (TG) and Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL). The findings indicated that malondialdehyde is a useful biomarker for assessing oxidative stress in radiographers with exposure to ionizing radiation.
