The auditor plays a key role in economic life because of the confidence his report adds to the audited financial statements. In applying the various stages of the audit process, the auditor must maintain a high moral level that determines his type of commitment in his professional behavior before God first, And to the society at last in a way that supports its independence. On this basis, the aim of the research is to identify the threats that affect the independence of the auditor. To achieve the objective of the research, the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the threats facing the auditor and his professional independence was formulated. In the light of testing the hypotheses of research it was concluded that the financial interests of the auditor with the client could affect the independence of the auditor, and that the risks of self-revision may affect the independence of that auditor also, and that unprofessional harmony and the auditor's defense of the client's interests can also affect the independence Checker.

The objective of this study, is to attempt to explain the reality of the Structural Imbalances in the Iraqi Economy during the period of research, by providing a quantitative analysis of the most important types of Imbalances, Which are represented by the disruption in the Productive Structure, the imbalance of the structure of Public Budget, and the imbalance of the Structure of Trade. The performance of a condenser in a domestic refrigerator system without wires and a condenser with a novel design consisted of number of loops as elliptical shape is investigated experimentally in this work. The experiment was conducted with a refrigerator designed to work with HFC134a, under no load and with loads of (1.5,3 and 12 liters of water). In particular, the effects of shape change of the condenser were very important in heat transfer enhancement and reduce of the frictional loss as a result of reducing the pressure drop in the condenser. The current research includes the adsorption of Rhodmine-B Dye on the surface of Citrus Leaves using the technique of UV. Vis spectrophotometer to determine data of quantitative adsorption at various contact time, ionic strength, PH and temperature conditions. As a function of temperatures 25,35,45,55 0C, the dsorption phenomenon was examined, and the results showed that Rhodamine-B adsorption Citrus leaves rose with increasing temperatures on the surface (endothermic process). The effect of structure oscillations due to wind vortex shedding on solar collector performance degradation was estimated.
