This study aims to expand the traditional model in calculating the break-even point to include the cost of capital invested and the funds employed in industrial companies through a change in the traditional model and the effect of adopting the advanced model of the break point on the operational leverage in planning profits in industrial companies. Where, the analysis of the break-even point and the operational leverage of the tools important by the management, which is used in the field of planning profits. A parity analysis in its sophisticated model will help in planning profits and determine the optimal size of production that maximizes profits. For its part, the operational leverage helps to make decisions regarding the expansion of production and sales in order to maximize profits in large industrial companies. In order to illustrate this, a change has occurred in the traditional model of the tie point on the operational leverage in profit planning. The industrial sector has been chosen for the important role played by this sector in the economy of Kurdistan Region.
A financial analysis tool such as financial rations concentrates on explanation of financial statement and using them in the evaluation of company profiles and fixing taxable profits, by analyzing final calculation, explaining their results and studying relationships between a group of financial lists 'elements in a specific period and the trend of their relationships in percentage from so, financial analysis is considered on important instrument for tax analytical test procedures through studying and evaluating financial data in order to get proper information which is needed to make sure of credibility and reliability of statements submitted by the taxpayer and the satisfaction of the tax analyzer in the credibility of these statements

Irisin is a novel myokine and adipokine, its role during pregnancy and its association with some metabolic risk factors especially pre-pregnancy body mass index (pre-BMI) need more evaluation. The aim of the study is to find whether the pre-BMI could predict irisin levels during normal pregnancy and to clarify associations of irisin with some pathological parameters.

This study aimed at identifying the counseling needs for classroom teachers specialization in
Jerash university. The sample of the study consisted (112) students. To achieve this goal a
scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as
follows; family, social, psychological and academic domain. The results of this study showed
that counseling needs obtain the heighest average. As well as, the results of the study revealed
that there were statistical differences in favor of gender and teaching year variable. Finally the
