أدى التغير السريع في البيئة الخارجية للمنظمة إلى  ظهور حالة من التنافس الشديد مما زاد تخوف الشركات من فقدان الحصة السوقية والخسارة . مما حدا بالمنظمات إلى الاهتمام بوجود مدير يحمل صفات وخصائص قيادية لما فيه من ميزات في تنظيم الإنتاج  ومقابلة الطلب وتقليل التكاليف وتطوير الأداء للحصول على ميزة تنافسية تحافظ او تزيد من حصتها السوقية وإرباحها .

تسعى الدراسة الى تحديد عدد من الاهداف كان اهمها معرفة العلاقة والتأثير بين متغيرات الدراسة واستعراض اخر ما توصلت اليه الادبيات من اطر فكرية وفلسفية لمتغيرات الدراسة وتحديد اهمية السمات القيادية لدى المدير من خلال ما تتضمنه الادارة من افكار ومفاهيم, وبيان المدخلات والمخرجات وخصوصية سمات المدير التي تستطيع المنظمة الاعتماد عليها في تحسين ادائها ومن ثم استعراض اخر ما توصلت له الدراسات من مفاهيم انتاجية والكفاءة وكيفية قياسها وتأثيرها على اعمال الشركة واستفادتها منها في تخسين ادائها وشملت عينة الدراسة شركة التأمين العراقية العامة للمدة المبحوثة من 2011-2015 .اعتمد الباحثان لجمع البيانات على التقارير والكشوفات المالية الخاصة بالشركة عينة البحث وتحليلها باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي (spss) من خلال استخراج النسب المئوية والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الاختلاف , معامل ارتباط بيرسون , الانحدار الخطي البسيط بالإضافة الى تطبيق القوانين العلمية الخاصة بالكفاءة الانتاجية .

 واخيرا خرجت الدراسة باستنتاجات فكرية ونظرية واخرى تطبيقية شخصت حقيقة وواقع الخطط التسويقية ومؤشرات الانتاجية في الشركة عينة الدراسة واهم ما توصلت له الدراسة من استنتاجات هي :

  • توفر مدراء متميزين يحملون الحنكة والخبرة الادارية المتميزة التي تمكن الشركة من الولوج في الاسواق الجديدة واستغلال الفرص المتاحة افضل استغلال واستثمار كافة مواردها وتوجيهها صوب تحقيق الانتاج الامثل .
  • يوجد اهتمام بالغ في التخطيط وتوزيع المهام الانتاجية واستغلال القوة العاملة والحيلولة دون تدني مستويات انتاجهم.
  • هناك اهتمام بالغ في تطوير وتدريب العاملين بما متاح من دورات تطويرية تمكنهم من السيطرة على العمل وتطور الشركة واعمالها فهناك حاجة لوجود دورا ت تدريبية تتلاءم مع الاعمال الجديدة وتمكين العاملين بدرجة جيدة جدا من الاعمال المناطة بهم .

     كما قدمت الدراسة توصيات كانت مستوحاة مما توصلت اليه من استنتاجات نظرية وتطبيقية للدراسة وهي :

  1. العمل على ايجاد عاملين يتمتعون بالذكاء الاستراتيجي وتطوير سماتهم القيادية ليكونوا خير تعويض عن فقدان اي خبير او قائد اداري ولتحقيق محيط عمل متميز يستطيع اضافة ميزة تنافسية تستطيع من خلالها الشركة التميز والمنافسة القوية في مجال اعمالها .
  2. الاعتماد على الطرق الحديثة في تصميم ورسم الخطط المستقبلية لاستغلال السوق التأمينية افضل استغلال .
  3. بناء وتحديد حجم القوى العاملة ونوعها لتحقيق الخطط الطموحة ولمواجهة النمو المستمر والحاصل في الانتاج لتحقيق التوازن ما بين المدخلات والمخرجات والمحافظة على نسبة التحسين المستمر في العمل.
  4. الاهتمام المستمر بتطوير العاملين واختيار كوكبة او نخبة منهم لخلق جيل جديد يتمتع بالخصائص والصفات المتميزة وتطوير الاستراتيجيات التسويقية وتحديد الفرص المتاحة والاسواق التي من الممكن استغلالها وتحديد التهديدات والصعوبات المستقبلية لتصميم برنامج يمكن الشركة من التغلب عليها وتأكيد ديمومة النمو .
