Disclosure of deferred taxes according to IAS-12: بحث تطبيقي في الهيئة العامة للضرائب قسم الشركات
...Show More Authors

The research aims to clarify the importance of adoption of International Accounting Standard No. (12) "Income Taxes" as a tool for the measurement and disclosure of income taxes in the financial statements، and how to deal with the differences that arise as a result of difference in net profit accounting for net tax profit ،The problem of the research focused on the disparity between the income tax estimate in Iraq in accordance with the accounting standards and financial reporting and assessment of income tax in accordance with the tax laws and legislation, this discrepancy has led to the emergence of differences between accounting profit and tax profit (temporary differences and permanent differences) and these differences of which affect the estimate tax in subsequent years, a temporary differences but the differences, the study has shown that the process of the Iraqi Investment Bank deferred tax liabilities arising from temporary differences by (313 833 600) for the years (2011).The research has concluded a set of conclusions, including that set off the tax assets and liabilities as permitted by the standard underconsideration was compatible with the principle of revenue expenses interview, in addition to a set of recommendations which included the need to amend the tax Iraqi law and make it compatible with international and local standards requirement

Design of modified fractional-order PID controller for lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robot based on an improved elk herd hybridized with grey wolf and multi-verse optimization algorithms
...Show More Authors

Rehabilitation robots are widely recognized as vital for restoring motor function in patients with lower-limb impairments. A Modified Fractional-Order Proportional-Integral-Derivative (MFOPID) controller is proposed to improve trajectory tracking of a 2-DoF Lower Limb Rehabilitation Exoskeleton Robot (LLRER). The classical FOPID is augmented with a modified control formulation by which steady-state error is reduced and the transient response is sharpened. Controller gains and fractional orders were tuned offline using a hybrid metaheuristic Improved Elk Herd Optimization hybridized with Grey Wolf and Multi-Verse Optimization algorithms (IElk-GM) so that exploration and exploitation are balanced. Superiority over the classical FOPID

Comprehensive Study of <scp>PAN</scp>‐<scp>NaBF4</scp> Solid Polymer Electrolytes: Insights Into Optical, Structural, Thermal, Electrical, and Electrochemical Properties for Sodium‐Ion Batteries
...Show More Authors
ABSTRACT
This research explores the use of solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) as a conductive medium for sodium ions in sodium‐ion batteries, presenting a possible alternative to traditional lithium‐ion battery technology. The researchers prepare SPEs with varying molecular weight ratios of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and sodium tetrafluoroborate (NaBF4) using a solution casting method with dimethyl formamide as the solvent. Through optical absorbance measurements, we identified the PAN:NaBF4 (80:20) SPE composition as having the lowest energy band gap value (4.48 eV). This composition also exhibits high thermal stability based on thermogravimetric analysis results.

<b>Anticancer and immune effect of the extracted brown <i>Raoultella planticola</i> pigment on murine mammary adenocarcinoma (AMN3)</b>
...Show More Authors

Background: Raoultella planticola is a developing pathogen that can infect both humans and animals. Raoultella spp. commonly colonize the gastrointestinal and upper respiratory systems. It usually causes pneumonia, bile tract infections, and bacteremia. Aim: In this study, the anticancer activity of an isolated brown pigment of a Raoultella planticola isolate was tested in vitro. Methods: The laboratory examination included culturing in brain-heart infusion broth, conducting biochemical tests, using the automatic VITEK2 Compact for bacterial isolate identification, performing the MTT assay to evaluate the cytotoxic effect on both the mammary cancer cell line (AMN3) and normal rat fibroblast (REF), and utilizing enzyme-linked i

Reducing Dependency on Core Data for Permeability Estimation Using Well Log-Derived Electrofacies and Flow Zone Indicators (FZI) in the Mishrif Formation, Nasiriyah Oil Field, South of Iraq
...Show More Authors

Accurate estimation of permeability is essential for reliable reservoir characterization and simulation. However, core data are often limited due to their high cost and operational constraints, leading to significant uncertainty in uncored intervals. This study aims to reduce the dependence on core data for permeability estimation by integrating electrofacies derived from well logs and flow zone indicator analysis in the Mishrif Formation, Nasiriyah oil field. Electrofacies were generated using dynamic clustering based on the log data from 13 wells. This led to the identification of five electrofacies units that represent intervals with similar log responses, formed by merging 75 electrofacies, where flow zone indicators analysis id
