The subject of this research involves studying adsorption to remove hexavalent chromium Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions. Adsorption process on bentonite clay as adsorbent was used in the Cr(VI) concentration range (10-100) ppm at different temperatures (298, 303, 308 and 313)K, for different periods of time. This study was conducted to evaluate the side effects of Tamoxifenon the lipid profile. 40 rats divided into 4 equal groups,3 groups were given different doses (30, 40, 50)mg/kg body weight of TAM three times a week for 8 weeks as well as control group that was given with physiological solution.At the end ofexperiment, The results showed significant differences in the treated groups were the results showed a significant degrees (p<0.05) in the HDL level in the treatment group (50mg/kg) while the three groups showed a significant increase in the levels of (Ch, TG, LDL, VLDL).
