The thermal properties of four nematogenic Schiff’s bases, n-butyl-to-n-heptyl of bis (4-n-alkyloxybenzylidine)-2,3,5.6- tetramethyl-1, 4-phenylenediamine, have been studied. The spray quality of two spraying agents with different physical properties was investigated under laboratory conditions to find whether the measurement of deposited drops could be affected by spraying those agents. The first spraying agent Moddus, which is a plant growth regulator, has a surface tension of 28 mN m-1 with almost half the value of the second spraying agent Kelpak (58 mN m-1).     The fauna of bees (Hymenoptera, Apoidea) from different regions of Iraq is surveyed in this study; there were 16 species, 13 genera that belong to four families which are collected in this investigation.

The method of heavy metals deposition which is based on cobalt in detection of Carbonic anhydrase enzyme in the Sulcus median in the hid brain (fourth ventricle) in the adult white rat (Rutts rutts). An essential amended in the method has been done by using cobalt chloride (CoCl2) instead of cobalt phosphate (Co3(PO4)2) in the reaction medium. Any efficacy of enzymic histochemical for carbonic anhydrase enzyme did not show in histological sections.
