A numerical investigation was performed for the radiative magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) viscous nanofluid due to convective stretching sheet. Heat and mass transfer were investigated in terms of viscous dissipations, thermal radiation and chemical reaction. The governing Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) were transformed into an arrangement of non-linear Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs) by using the similarity transformation. The resulting system of ODEs is solved numerically by using shooting method along with Adams-Moulton Method of order four with the help of the computational software FORTAN. This study provides valuable information on secondary microbial infections in H1N1 patients compared to Seasonal Influenza in Iraqi Patients. Nasopharynx  swabs were collected from  (12 ) patients  infected with Seasonal influenza (11  from Baghdad  and 1 Patient from south of Iraq) ,and ( 22 ) samples from patients with 2009 H1N1 ( 20 from Baghdad and  2 from  south of Iraq). This paper presents a linear fractional programming problem (LFPP) with rough interval coefficients (RICs) in the objective function. It shows that the LFPP with RICs in the objective function can be converted into a linear programming problem (LPP) with RICs by using the variable transformations. To solve this problem, we will make two LPP with interval coefficients (ICs). Next, those four LPPs can be constructed under these assumptions; the LPPs can be solved by the classical simplex method and used with MS Excel Solver.
