Control Over The Medical Evacuation Program in light of the Government's Accounting System
...Show More Authors

The accounting system of government is considered an important tool to follow up the financial transactions that reflect the activities of governmental units and by which the useful information for estimating governmental annual revenues and expenditures are provided through the state public budget because it is an information system that provides detailed past performance, as well as measures the efficiency of the governmental agencies performance in implementing the budget, and the of success governmental units is measured through the type of services and programs offered, their size and the possibility of achieving the objectives assigned to them. The medical evacuation program is one of the medical and curative health services provided by the Ministry of Health through deporting intractable cases for the treatment outside the country and treating the pathological cases which can be treated in hospitals within the country at the expense of the state, hosting the foreign medical teams with expertise in all specializations and also exchanging of experiences with Iraqi specialized doctors. The research aims to provide a theoretical and practical background for medical evacuation program, review the deficiencies in the actual implementation of the program and the determinants to develop it and propose a model to audit the program that helps to improve the effectiveness of the control system. The research was based on two hypotheses. The first is "that the existence of effective tools for controlling the medical programs ensures effective utilization of available resources". The second is "that addressing the shortcomings in the implementation of medical evacuation program leads to the expansion of implementation scope." The research addresses the theoretical framework of the governmental accounting system, the medical evacuation program and the shortcomings in implementing the program and a model has been proposed to audit the medical evacuation program, which contributes to tackle the deficiencies in the administrative, financial and technical aspects. In light of the theoretical and practical study a set of conclusions has been reached and recommendations.

Sedimentology and Lithostratigraphy of the Pila Spi Formation in Koi Sanjaq area, NE Iraq; New insight for depositional Environment and Basin Configuration
...Show More Authors

The Pila Spi formation composed of seven lithotypes; carbonates (dolomite and
dolomitic limestone), marl, shale/claystone, red argillaceous mudstone, sandstone,
carbonate breccias and debris flow, which are arranged in repeated cycles of mixed
siliciclastic-calciturbidites in a range of gravity-flow regime in the Koi Sanjaq area.
Sedimentologic and facies evidences suggest developed marine environment for the
Pila Spi Formation. Facies analysis and associated sedimentary structures including
graded beddings decide turbidity and gravity flow regime origin of the rocks.
Marine environment is supported by the identifying glauconite and fossils types,
which is reported here for the first time rather than lagoon enviro

Peristaltic Flow with Nanofluid under Effects of Heat Source, and Inclined Magnetic Field in the Tapered Asymmetric Channel through a Porous Medium
...Show More Authors

In this present paper , a special model was built to govern the equations of  two dimensional peristaltic transport to nanofluid  flow of a heat source in a tapered  considered in an asymmetric channel. The equations of dimensionless temperature concentration are analytical solve under assumption slow Reynolds number and long wave length. Furthermore, the results that receive by expressing the maximum pressure rise  communicates increased in case of  non-Newtonian fluid when equated with Newtonian fluid. Finally, MATHEMATICA  11 program has been used to solve such system after obtaining the initial conditions.  Most of the results  of drawing  for many are obtained via above program .

The Effect of Cigarette Smoking on Blood and Biochemical Parameters: A Comparative Study Among Male Smokers and Non-Smokers In Baghdad City
...Show More Authors

The impact of smoking on human health is remarkable and can lead to death. This research was performed to test the effects of cigarette smoking on some parameters that are considered as signs of critical problems in human body. The study was carried out on fifty Iraqi male smokers in Baghdad city, who smoked at least 10 cigarettes per day for at least 15 years. The group includes 25 male smokers with an age range of 20 -55 years and 25 male non-smokers who were collected with the same range of age for statistical comparison. The results of the study revealed significant increases in blood parameters, including hemoglobin (Hb, 16.0917 (g/dl) , packed cell volume (PCV, 49.2%), red blood cells (RBC, 5.4763 X1012/L), white blood cell (WBC, 1

Structural and Stratigraphic Study of the Nahr Umr Formation (Lower Cretaceous) Using 3D seismic Survey in Abu Amood Oil Filed, Southern Iraq
...Show More Authors

3D seismic reflection study was applied to Abu Amood oil field which is located at the southern part of Iraq within DhiQar province that carried out by oil Exploration Company to an area of 1534.88 Km2 for studying Nahr Umr Formation. Synthetic seismogram was prepared by using available data of well (AAM-1) in order to define and picking the reflectors on the seismic section. These reflectors are (Top of Nahr Umr Formation and middle unit of Nahr Umr Formation which represents the layer of sand). The seismic section time slice maps confirmed that the Nahr Umr Formation was not affected by faults and the faults may probably present in the Ratawai and Yamama Formations, where the variance attribute applied on seismic sections showed that t

The Effect of Cyclic Bending Loads on Crack Growth in Pipes for Inclined and Transverse Cracks with or Without Internal Pulsing Pressure
...Show More Authors

In the present research a new test rig has been proposed to be suitable for different cyclic loads such as cyclic bending, cyclic torsion, proportional and non proportional loads. In this work the efforts were concentrated on the cyclic bending loads concerning cracked pipes with or without internal pulsing pressure to study crack propagation in small bore pipes (up to 1'') for transverse or inclined cracks. The rig simulates the real service conditions under different stresses by means the least dangerous case will be suggested, so the experiments were considered for copper pipe, and the results have been tabulated and drawn to demonstrate the crack growth behavior as well as to justify the outcomes practically, consequently the durabil

The effect of different flooding ratio on Al-Shuwaija marsh
...Show More Authors

In this research, the effect of changing the flood level of Al-Shuwaija marsh was studied using the geographic information systems, specifically the QGIS program, and the STRM digital elevation model with a spatial analysis accuracy of 28 meters, was used to study the marsh. The hydraulic factors that characterize the marsh and affecting on the flooding such as the ranks of the water channels feeding the marsh and the degree of slope and flat areas in it are studied. The area of immersion water, the mean depth, and the accumulated water volume are calculated for each immersion level, thereby, this study finds the safe immersion level for this marsh was determined.

The Internet of Everything Based Smart Systems: Applications and Challenges
...Show More Authors

Smart systems are the trend for modern organizations and should meet the quality of services that expect to produce. Internet of Everything (IoE) helped smart systems to adopt microcontrollers for improving the performance. Analyzing and controlling data in such a system are critical issues. In this study, a survey of IoE systems conducted to show how to apply a suitable model that meets such system requirements. The analysis of some microcontroller boards is explored based on known features. Factors for applying IoE devices have been defined such as connectivity, power consumption, compatibility, and cost. Different methods have been explained as an overview of applying IoE systems. Further, different approaches for applying IoE technology
