The Impact of Financial Guarantee Assessmeats on Accounting Profite: Apractical Research In Dell Company
...Show More Authors

The research specialized in examining the role of guarantees and their impact on accounting benefits quality using statistical analysis to the income before and after the impact of guarantee on the accounting profits. This research depended on the inductive approach, which ensures that companies could manipulate in benefits through a variety of means including the guarantees. As it is possible that the companies can use the policy of guarantee as a strategy in business deal. The research aimed to highlight the different companies' practices on policies guarantee and its impact on accounting benefits. The benefit of Dell Company has been chosen as a sample for the research because of the availability of interim data from the company for ten years from 2003 until 2013. The researcher depended on the use of a set of statistical tests for testing the presence of significant differences between income before and after the guarantee. The researcher found that analysis of guarantee is essential for decision-making of investors and have an important role in the control of the administration. the researcher recommended that guarantee (warranty) commitments in the financial database should be disclosed in the form of the notes as well as the statement of financial position. Thus, it will be clear to the accounting information user the size of the financial commitment to ensure that the proportion of the warranty sales.

Cu(II) Complex of a Novel Azo Derivative from Vanillin : Synthesis, Characterization, Dyeing, Corrosion Inhibition, Anticancer Activity, DFT, Molecular Docking and ADME Studies
...Show More Authors

In the ongoing series of our research, we prepared a new multifunctional azo-vanillin ligand (HL) and its Cu(II) complex to investigate their potential as versatile compounds for industrial/pharmaceutical purposes. Structural integrity was determined through spectroscopic analyses (FT-IR, NMR, Mass and UV-Vis), highlighting a distorted square planar geometry for the metal complex. The ligand was examined for its dyeing potential on wool and cotton with the latter showing better substantivity to cellulosic fibers and behaving as a good direct dye having excellent washing fastness. Furthermore, leveraging its surface-active properties, the ligand was tested as a green corrosion inhibitor for C-45 steel in a saline medium (3.5% NaCl) acr

Sustainable Removal of Dyes from Wastewater Using Eggshell-Derived Calcium Carbonate Nanoparticles: Adsorption Isotherms, Kinetics, and Thermodynamic Analysis Supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
...Show More Authors

This study explores eggshell waste as a low-cost, eco-friendly adsorbent for removing Aniline Blue dye from water. Batch and continuous experiments under various conditions showed effective performance. FTIR and SEM analyses confirmed porosity and functional groups. The adsorption followed the Sips isotherm and pseudo-first-order kinetics. The porous calcium carbonate structure enhanced dye removal. Thermodynamic results indicated an endothermic and spontaneous process. Lower flow rates improved performance in fixed-bed columns. The study supporting environmentally friendly solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Synthesis and Biological Studies of Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II) and Zn(II)Complexes with New Compound N-[(2,3-dioxoindolin-1-yl)-Nmethylbenzamide].
...Show More Authors

The N-[(2,3-dioxoindolin-1-yl)-N-methylbenzamide] was prepared by the reaction of acetanilide with isatin then in presence of added paraformaldehyde, the prepared ligand was identified by microelemental analysis, FT.IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. Treatment of the prepared ligand with the following selected metal ions (CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII) in aqueous ethanol with a 1:2 M:L ratio, yielded a series of complexes of the general formula [M(L)2Cl2]. The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption, (C.H.N) analysis, FT.IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic methods as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. Chloride ion content was also evaluated by (Mohr method). From the obtained data the octahed

Antibiotic resistance has been a growing worldwide public health issue. The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the search for new antibiotics is slow, while antibiotic resistance is growing. WHO has also declared that antibiotic resistance is one of the top 10 global public health threats facing humanity in the 21st century. Therefore, this review discusses the potential of metal-based drugs as antibacterial agents from the period of the early 2000s to date. The review reveals that a lot of preliminary work has been done to assess these as potential drugs. However, their mode of action is faintly described. Furthermore, a few examples of metal-based drugs assessed for their modes of action are described. These compounds are ide

Commercial Graphite Flakes as an Adsorbent of Janus Green Dye from Aqueous Solution: Adsorption Kinetics and Isotherms Study
...Show More Authors

Commercial graphite (CGT) powder was used as an adsorbent surface for cationic dye, Janus green (JG), from aqueous solutions. This study aims to highlight the practical significance of using inexpensive CGT as an efficient adsorbent for the removal of JG dye from industrial wastewater. CGT was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The adsorption process was investigated by examining parameters like the weight of the adsorbent, contact time, and temperature. Pseudo-second-order kinetic (PSO), pseudo-first-order, and intraparticle diffusion were used for analyzing the kinetic data. JG dye's adsorption kinetics fit the PSO kinetic model well (R2= 0.999).
