...Show More Authors

Abstract

The research aims to shed light on strategic cohesion and its dimensions represented by (strategic logic, organizational excitement, organizational founding, organizational synergy) and measure its impact on achieving organizational prosperity and its dimensions represented by (intellectual capital, innovation, infrastructure, organizational agility, sustainable competitive advantage). The research problem emerged by raising the main question, which is: Does the management of the researched company realize the importance of practicing strategic cohesion and its role in achieving organizational prosperity? The research was applied in the National Insurance Company, and the research relied on the descriptive analytical approach using the questionnaire as the main tool in collecting its data from the community (64) who are in job positions (general manager, branch manager, department manager, m. department manager, Division official, unit official), and the statistical program (SPSS v.25) was used to calculate (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, regression coefficient, AR², t-test, F-test). The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which were:

1- There is a moderate level of interest from the researched company in strategic cohesion.

2- There is a strong positive effect of strategic cohesion in achieving organizational prosperity.

Counseling program efficiency in developing emotional competence of intermediate school students
...Show More Authors

Emotional competence, is relatively a new concept, stands for the ability of people to perceive their feelings and emotions, and sharing them with others. It also refers to capability in optimizing these feeling and emotions, and managing them over various situations. Thus, this study aims to examine the efficiency of counseling program in developing an emotional competence among intermediate school students in Baghdad city. The sample included group of female students at intermediate stage. The findings revealed none of experimental and control groups have statistically significant differences in pre-posttests of emotional competence efficiency.

Study of The Effect of Concentration on The Efficiency of The Sensitive N749-TiO2 Solar Cell
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>In this research, we studied the effect of concentration carriers on the efficiency of the N749-TiO2 heterogeneous solar cell based on quantum electron transfer theory using a donor-acceptor scenario. The photoelectric properties of the N749-TiO2 interfaces in dye sensitized solar cells DSSCs are calculated using the J-V curves. For the (CH3)3COH solvent, the N749-TiO2 heterogeneous solar cell shows that the concentration carrier together with the strength coupling are the main factors affecting the current density, fill factor and efficiency. The current density and current increase as the concentration increases and the </p> ... Show More

A Theoretical Study of the Effect of The Solvent Type on The Reorganization Energies of Dye - Semiconductor System Interface
...Show More Authors

A theoretical calculation of the reorganization energies is demonstrated for semiconductor (TiOâ‚‚, ZnO) and organic dye (safranine T, and coumarin) with a variety solvent such that (water,  1propanol, Formamide, Acetonitrile and Ethanol).     The reorganization energy values for dye –semiconductor interface system are large in high polar solvent (water 741 .0  , Acetonitrile 708 .0  , Ethanol 669 .0  ) and small in low polar solvent(1propanol 635 .0  . The reorganization energy in safranine T –semiconductor system is larger ( 635 741.0  )than in coumarin –semiconductor for with the same solvents ( 612

In this work we prepared some schiff bases by condensation urea and benzaldehyde or its derevative ( bromo benzaldehyde or hydroxy benzaldehyde ) as ( 1 : 1 ) mole ( urea : benzaldehyde or its substitution ) to prepare compounds ( A1 , B1 , C1 , D1 , E1 , F1 , G1 ) and ( 1 : 2 ) mole ( urea : benzaldehyde or its substitution ) to prepare compounds ( A2 , B2 , C2 , D2 , E1 , F2 , G2 ) . The prepared compounds identified spectroscopic by infrared spectroscopy FT-IR and Thin layer chromotography T.L.C . The force constant calculated from the wave number for the carbonyl stretching from FT-IR chart and by using the following equation K = 4?2C2?'2? HUMAN LAB RATS IN JAMES DASHNER’S THE MAZE RUNNER SERIES (2009 – 2011): HISTORICAL REFERENCES, PRESENT ALLUSIONS, AND DYSTOPIAN FUTURE
...Show More Authors

Purpose: This study aims to shed the light on allusions to real lab rats in Dashner’s trilogy: The Maze Runner (2009), The Scorch Trails (2010), and The Death Cure (2011).  It also aims to trace the historical documents and chronicles essential to reveal the justifications behind the vague political and scientific crimes.  Methodology: The researchers have used the literary analytical approach to study and analyze selected prominent aspects from each novel; such as the concept of lab rats and genocide crimes in The Maze Runner; references to weather experiments, the climate change conspiracy, gas chambers, and the Holocaust in The Scorch Trails; and finally, the man-made diseases and biological weapons in The Death Cure. Immune Cytokines IFN-γ, TGF-β, TNF-α, and IL-1β Modulate the Pathophysiological Markers in Idiopathic Parkinson’s Disease
...Show More Authors

Background: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative aging disease, with idiopathic PD being most common. Gastrointestinal tract disorders (GITD) and microbiota changes may trigger idiopathic PD. Neurotoxins from microbiota can travel from the gut to the brain via the brain-gut axis (BGA), leading to α-syn protein misfolding and dopaminergic neuron death. Methods: The aim of the current study was to investigate the link between PD and GITD by measuring several biochemical and immunological markers in 142 patients. The biochemical markers measured were vitamins B6, B12, and D, calcium, serotonin, ghrelin, dopamine, and α-syn protein. The immunological markers included transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), tu
