Comprehensive automobile insurance is considered as an important branches in the portfolio of National Insurance Company in Iraq .Due to the continous accidents the company is endeavouring to   this market.

    The company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the control of the company and others internal mainly connected with the reduction of the marketing programmes of the company .

    The target of this study is  to focus the light  upon the interal factors which can be gorerned by the company,confronted and solved.

This research presents and discuss the results of experimental investigation carried out on geogrids model to study the behavior of geogrid in the loose sandy soil. The effect of location eccentricity, depth of first layer of reinforcement, vertical spacing, number and type of reinforcement layers have been investigated. Acid hydrazide derivative was present from reaction of poly acryloyl chloride with hydrazine hydrate in presence of DMF as a solvent then reacted with benzonitrile and its derivatives to give 1,2,4-triazole derivatives. After that reaction of poly acryloyl chloride with semicarbazide and semithiocarbazide to form semicarbazone and semithiocarbazone derivatives respectively. A novel series of chitosan derivatives were synthesized via reaction of chitosan with carbonyl compounds and grafted it’s by with different amine compounds substituted hydrogen. The produced polymers were characterized by different analyses FTIR, 1HCNMR, XRD, DSC and TGA.
