The research aims to contribute to the consolidation of scientific knowledge of compliance control and its role in verifying the proper disposal of funds to manage the wheel of the economy towards achieving targeted development and preserving public money, as well as clarifying the role of tax revenues in strengthening the public treasury and achieving social justice. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted in the process of analyzing The quantitative data collected through personal interviews, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the contribution of compliance control according to its three principles. (Transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness) on the availability of appropriate reports on the proper disposal of tax revenues and accountability for them from misuse, fraud and manipulation, and to take the necessary corrective measures to address breaches in laws, regulations, and instructions, and to hold accountable those who fail to waste it as public money that contributes to replenishing the treasury. The researcher recommended that it should Identifying the parties responsible for non-compliance with laws, regulations, and instructions related to tax revenues in a transparent and clear manner within the oversight report for accountability purposes.
In this paper a dynamic behavior and control of a jacketed continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) is developed using different control strategies, conventional feedback control (PI and PID), and neural network (NARMA-L2, and NN Predictive) control. The dynamic model for CSTR process is described by a first order lag system with dead time.
The optimum tuning of control parameters are found by two different methods; Frequency Analysis Curve method (Bode diagram) and Process Reaction Curve using the mean of Square Error (MSE) method. It is found that the Process Reaction Curve method is better than the Frequency Analysis Curve method and PID feedback controller is better than PI feedback controller.

The aim was to design a MATLAB program to calculate the phreatic surface of the multi-well system and present the graphical shape of the water table drawdown induced by water extraction. Dupuit’s assumption is the base for representing the dewatering curve. The program will offer the volume of water to be extracted, the total number of wells, and the spacing between them as well as the expected settlement of soil surrounding the dewatering foundation pit. Direct field-orientation Control (DFOC) of induction motor drives without mechanical speed sensors at the motor shaft has the attractions of low cost and high reliability. To replace the sensor, information on the rotor speed and position are extracted from measured stator currents and from voltages at motor terminals. In this paper presents direct field-orientation control (DFOC) with two type of kalman filter (complete order and reduced order extended kalman filter) to estimate flux, speed, torque and position. Simulated results show how good performance for reduced order extended kalman filter over that of complete order extended kalman filter in tracking performance and reduced time of state estimation.
