The current research aims to test the effect of knowledge sharing in its dimensions represented by(individual dimension, organizational dimension, and technological dimension), In reducing the strategic Anxiety of Iraqi Airways, In view of the importance of the two variables for the company from the perspective of society and the sample resulting from directing various organizational phenomena to reduce its strategic Anxiety, As a goal, it should be viewed from multifaceted perspectives(uncertainty, relational disorder, competitive disorder, resource depletion), And it was embodied by choosing the descriptive, exploratory approach, as it is the most appropriate in that aspect, so that the research questionnaire is one of solid scientific standards adopted by previous studies And some expert professors and arbitrators introduced appropriate modifications to it, as the research sample was intentional stratification from the company’s leadership community, which consisted of(general manager, department managers, divisional officials), It was used in some statistical programs(SPSS V.28) and through appropriate statistical methods(Descriptive statistical analysis through the mean, standard deviation, relative importance, coefficient of relative difference, multiple regression), The practical analysis, through the data obtained by the researcher from the sample answers, reached the most prominent result(Enables Iraqi Airways to embrace knowledge exchange To reduce its level of strategic Anxiety).

Carbon nanoparticles are prepared by sonication using carbon black powder. The surface morphology of carbon black (CB) and carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) is investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The particles size ranges from 100 nm to 400 nm for CB and from 10 nm to 100 nm for CNPs. CNPs and CB are mixed with silicon glue of different ratios of 0.025, 0.2, 0.05, and 0.1 to synthesis films. The optical properties of the prepared films are investigated through reflectance and absorbance analyses. In this work, the effect of partial amounts of gases in gas mixture of a CW CO2 laser on the output power was investigated. Also their effect on the condition determining the glow-discharge self-sustaining required for pumping the active medium was studied. Two fit relations were derived to predict the output laser power and the electric field to unit pressure ratio as functions to the partial amounts of gases. Results presented in this work could be used fruitfully to determine some of the optimum operational conditions of glow-discharge low-power CW CO2 lasers.

In this research, a study is introduced on the effect of several environmental factors on the performance of an already constructed quality inspection system, which was designed using a transfer learning approach based on convolutional neural networks. The system comprised two sets of layers, transferred layers set from an already trained model (DenseNet121) and a custom classification layers set. To reduce solar radiation transmittance into buildings through windows facing east or west during summer, a window inclination from vertical position is suggested. The inclination of the window glazing and the rate of unwanted solar radiation during summer can be calculated knowing the dialy inclination of the sun rays. The inclination of window glazing depends on the latitude of the position required. For instance in Baghdad which is at about 33o north latitude a slope of 15o for window glazing is sufficient to prevent about 419 MJ/m2 of total solar radiation energy from penetration during summer for clear glazing of window facing east.
