The research aims to identify the theoretical framework of technical reserves in the insurance activity and the role of the auditor in verifying the integrity of the estimates of technical provisions (technical reserves) for the branches of general insurance in insurance companies based on the relevant international auditing standards, as a proposed audit program has been prepared in accordance with international auditing standards that enable the auditor to express a sound opinion on the fairness of the financial statements of these companies , The research has reached many conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of deficiencies in the audit procedures of insurance companies, as the audit program of those companies did not include the existence of detailed procedures to verify the integrity of the estimates of technical allocations as well as to verify that the company complies with the laws and instructions in this regard and thus reflected on the entire audit process and expressing an incorrect opinion towards the financial statements The research also reached many recommendations, the most important of which is the need for detailed procedures by the auditor to verify the integrity of the estimates of technical provisions There are no distortions in those estimates.

Experimental measurements were done for characterizing current-voltage and power-voltage of two types of photovoltaic (PV) solar modules; monocrystalline silicon (mc-Si) and copper indium gallium di-selenide (CIGS). This study expands the state of the art in studies that assess torsional retrofit of reinforced concrete (RC) multi-cell box girders with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) strips. The torsional behavior of non-damaged and pre-damaged RC multi-cell box girder specimens externally retrofitted by CFRP strips was investigated through a series of laboratory experiments. It was found that retrofitting the pre-damaged specimens with CFRP strips increased the ultimate torsional capacity by more than 50% as compared to the un-damaged specimens subjected to equivalent retrofitting. The main target of this paper is to determine the optimum time for preventive maintenance on machines. Tow methods has been implemented estimating the optimum time duration for preventive maintenance . the first techniques use scheduling depending on data concerning the machine maintenance cost and halted cost from the production reach to the optimum time for maintenance which reflect the minimum cost. Where as the second techniques depends on reability function to estimate the optimum duration time which reflect the minimum cost. The tow techniques above by which we count on in fixing the preventive maintenance both give same result . we also prove that the scheduling method best than the reability function .
