From the foregoing, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that Al-Taji Mill adopts the traditional concepts of cost accounting and is far from the concepts of rationalization and the tools it includes, through which it is possible to rationalize and reduce production costs in general and reduce quality costs in particular, in addition to not listening sufficiently to the customer’s voice for the purpose of Achieving his satisfaction, which is one of the most important main ingredients for achieving the goals and success of the economic unit, which is the customer who directs the unit towards production and marketing.

The current study examined the effect of different sample sizes to detect the Item differential functioning (DIF). The study has used three different sizes of the samples (300, 500, 1000), as well as to test a component of twenty polytomous items, where each item has five categories. They were used Graded Response Model as a single polytomous item response theory model to estimate items and individuals’ parameters. The study has used the Mantel-Haenszel (MH) way to detect (DIF) through each case for the different samples. The results of the study showed the inverse relationship between the sample size and the number of items, which showed a differential performer.

The effect of solution heat treatment on the mechanical properties of Aluminum-Copper alloy. (2024-T3) by the rolling process is investigated. The solution heat treatment was implemented by heating the sheets to 480 C° and quenching them by water; then forming by rolling for many passes. And then natural aging is done for one month. Mechanical properties (tensile strength and hardness) are evaluated and the results are compared with the metal without treatment during the rolling process.
