The aim of the research is to clarify the role of service quality through its dimensions represented by (tangibility, reliability, safety, response, empathy) in tax compliance with taxpayers, i.e. performance of the duties and obligations of the taxpayer through its dimensions (registration, accounting, payment of the amount of tax), and to know For this role, a sample was taken from the taxpayers of the branches of the General Authority for Taxes spread in the governorate of Baghdad and its affiliated districts, which amount to (15) tax branches, as (215) questionnaires were distributed to know the impressions and reactions of the taxpayers regarding the level of service quality through the aforementioned dimensions. Using the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data and know the statistical results. The research concluded that there is a correlation and impact relationship between the two variables of the research, as the greater the interest in developing the level of quality of services provided through its dimensions, the higher the level of tax compliance with it.

This study is conducted in order to, investigate the trophic state of Duhok Lake Dam located within Duhok city, Iraq. Water samples are collected seasonally from three monitored sites during 2011. The parameters used for assessing water quality and trophic status level include: water temperature, pH, EC, TDS, DO, BOD5, nutrients, Secchi disk transparency, and chlorophyll a. The results reveal that DO is above 5 mg.l-1 in all sites, BOD5 value is within permissible level for domestic uses. Water quality considered as a hard type. High sulfate concentration is recorded during the study period. One of the biomedical image problems is the appearance of the bubbles in the slide that could occur when air passes through the slide during the preparation process. These bubbles may complicate the process of analysing the histopathological images. The objective of this study is to remove the bubble noise from the histopathology images, and then predict the tissues that underlie it using the fuzzy controller in cases of remote pathological diagnosis. The acidity of spent lubricant was treated using sodium hydroxide solution. The effect of three variables on the treatment have been studied . These are mixing time rangingfrom 5-35 minutes, NaOH to lubricant weight ratio ranging from 0.25-1.25 and weight percentage of NaOH ranging from 2-6 % .
The experimental design of Box-Wilson method is adopted to find a useful relationship between the three controllable variables and the lowering in the acidity of the spent lubricant. Then the effective variables and interactions are identified using the statistical analysis(F-test) of three variable fractional design.
