Business organizations strive to reach organizational excellence, in instruction to maintain their position in the market, so the research started from the problem of the weakness of the senior leaders in the two companies investigated in the management and sustainability of work, as well as their inability to face challenges that could affect the work of the two companies in the future, especially the lack of organizational of the future and the prediction of those events, so the two companies seek to explore and invest opportunities to achieve organizational excellence. The research aims to know the role of Ambidexterity leadership behaviors in organizational excellence in my company .and create ideas that will achieve organizational excellence in the two companies. The researcher adopted the comparative analytical descriptive approach in completing the research by targeting an intentional sample of the senior management levels (overall manager, assistant overall manager, department head, separation official), as the size of the community reached (85) managers within the administrative competencies, and the questionnaire form was distributed , so that the number of final forms valid for analysis is (67) responding to the two companies. Most dinoflagellate had a resting cyst in their life cycle. This cyst was developed in unfavorable environmental condition. The conventional method for identifying dinoflagellate cyst in natural sediment requires morphological observation, isolating, germinating and cultivating the cysts. This study explored the development and qualities of the response of electrochemical properties of enrofloxacin-selective electrodes using precipitation based on producing phosphotungstic, after utilizing a matrix of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and dibutyl phthalate or dibutyl phosphate as a plasticizer. The resulting membrane sensors were an enrofloxacin-phosphotungstic electrode (sensors 1) and an ENR-DOP-PTA electrode (sensors 2). Linear responses of (ENR-DBPH-PTA) and (ENR-DOP-PTA) within the concentration ranges of 2.1×10-6-10-1 and 3.0×10-6-10-2 mol. L-1, respectively, for both sensors were observed. This study is done for determining of cholesteryl ester transfer protein polymorphism and evaluate its effect on serum lipid profile concentrations in some hyperlipidemic patients compared with healthy subjects in Salah Al-din governorate-Iraq. Blood samples were taken from (90) patients suffering from hyperlipidemia, and (70) samples that were apparently healthy controls. Serum lipid concentrations were measured by enzymatic assays.
