Business organizations strive to reach organizational excellence, in instruction to maintain their position in the market, so the research started from the problem of the weakness of the senior leaders in the two companies investigated in the management and sustainability of work, as well as their inability to face challenges that could affect the work of the two companies in the future, especially the lack of organizational of the future and the prediction of those events, so the two companies seek to explore and invest opportunities to achieve organizational excellence. The research aims to know the role of Ambidexterity leadership behaviors in organizational excellence in my company .and create ideas that will achieve organizational excellence in the two companies. The researcher adopted the comparative analytical descriptive approach in completing the research by targeting an intentional sample of the senior management levels (overall manager, assistant overall manager, department head, separation official), as the size of the community reached (85) managers within the administrative competencies, and the questionnaire form was distributed , so that the number of final forms valid for analysis is (67) responding to the two companies. This study investigated three aims for the extent of effectiveness of the two systems in educational development of educators. To achieve this, statistical analysis was performed between the two groups that consisted of (26) participants of the electronic teaching method and (38) participants who underwent teaching by the conventional electronic lecture. The relationship between the clinical singes and some of the hematological and biochemical values in 126 cases of local breed and Shammi breed goats (from both sexes) diagnosed as cases of malnutrition from 230 goats examined .The clinical examination include (beside the general inspection and case history) body temperature, respiratory and pulse rates, mucus membranes skin and coat. Examination of the blood samples included RBCs count, Hb concentration, PCV % and values of cupper, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. In this paper we report the use of supersonic jet laser induced fluorescence (LIF) spectroscopy to facilitate the study of the spectra of some organometallic sandwich compounds particularly the metallocenes. The charge-transfer processes within these compounds, especially ligand to metal charge transfer within decamethylrhenocene ( - C5 Me5)2 Re were of particular interest.
