Business organizations strive to reach organizational excellence, in instruction to maintain their position in the market, so the research started from the problem of the weakness of the senior leaders in the two companies investigated in the management and sustainability of work, as well as their inability to face challenges that could affect the work of the two companies in the future, especially the lack of organizational of the future and the prediction of those events, so the two companies seek to explore and invest opportunities to achieve organizational excellence. The research aims to know the role of Ambidexterity leadership behaviors in organizational excellence in my company .and create ideas that will achieve organizational excellence in the two companies. The researcher adopted the comparative analytical descriptive approach in completing the research by targeting an intentional sample of the senior management levels (overall manager, assistant overall manager, department head, separation official), as the size of the community reached (85) managers within the administrative competencies, and the questionnaire form was distributed , so that the number of final forms valid for analysis is (67) responding to the two companies. In this study, the effect of Nd: YAG laser on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and alcoholdehydrogenase (ADH) was investigated. The Saccharomyces cells were irradiated using 532nm Q-Switched Nd: YAG laser with (1Hz) frequency. Different fluences 11.3, 22.6 and 33.9mJ/cm2 and different number of pulses 15, 30 and 60 pulse were used. The irradiated cells were incubated in a liquid nutritive medium for 24 hours. After incubation, the cells were harvested and disrupted to extract the intracellular enzymes and their activities were assessed. In comparison with the control, the irradiated cells showed a significant increase in the activity and the specific activity of SOD at energy densities of 11.3 and 22.6mJ/cm2 at 30 and 60 pulses

Second,we use a multifactor model, which so named multiple regression, to explore the link between ISE and the main economic indicators. our empirical analysis finds that every weak associations exists between major ISE measures and main economic indicators.
