The aim of this research is to apply Throughput Accounting in improving the cost leadership strategy for the woven fabric department (polyester blended - polyester 150/1) in the Waist Textile and Knitting Factory. The problem of the research is that the research sample laboratory does not apply modern cost management methods represented in Throughput Accounting, as the Iraqi economic units suffer from their inability to compete in the labor market in light of the competitive environment. The Ministry of Interior improved the cost leadership strategy for the product of blended polyester and polyester fabrics 1/150. Through the research, a set of conclusions was reached, the most important of which are: Improving the cost leadership strategy through the application of achievement metrics (completion rate, achievement margin, completion time) to contribute to reducing the costs of the research sample products, A number of recommendations were also reached, the most important of which are : the need to increase the percentage of achievement margin by increasing sales by applying the cost leadership strategy (Reducing the cost of production) to reach a reduced cost compared to competing products in the market.
This research sheds light on the development that has occurred on the use of press pictures in the Iraqi press by analyzing the form and content of the images used in (Al-Sabaah) newspaper for the 2012 model. The researcher's interest in this topic for what represented by the press picture of a way to highlight and attract the reader's attention to the substance journalist who represents the goals behind the newspaper publishing.

This paper proposes feedback linearization control (FBLC) based on function approximation technique (FAT) to regulate the vibrational motion of a smart thin plate considering the effect of axial stretching. The FBLC includes designing a nonlinear control law for the stabilization of the target dynamic system while the closed-loop dynamics are linear with ensured stability. This study investigates the Linguistic and Conceptual equivalence of Conner’s Revised Scales when applied on a Sudanese sample. Sudanese parents and teachers completed behavior-rating scales on a stratified sample of 200 children. These instruments were based on Conner’s parent -48 and teacher-28 questionnaires. Following a reliable translation into Sudanese Arabic the test-retest reliability of the items and the internal consistency of the original Conner’s' revised scales were explored.
