The financial statements must accurately, clearly and fairly present the financial situation and financial statements should be reliable as well. Pursuant to Board Decision No. (74) 2020, CBI obliges banks, according to the Banking Law No. (94) for the year 2004, Article (33) paragraph 2 concerning real estate owned from previous years and expropriated as a result debt settlement , to apply a real estate liquidation provision at a rate of 20% for each property expropriated and at a rate of 100% for each year of delay up to (5) years .also from the significance of the issue of real estates that become a property of banks as a result of debt settlement and the provision to be withheld to face the risks of seizing such real estates .This procedure helps to fairly present the financial statements of the banks .and as a descriptive, theoretical, analytical and analytical method, and the search for a group of the first of the most important (calculating the provision for liquidation real estate is one of the modern and topical topics that have a financial impact on financial management and fair disclosure) and free from fundamental errors in accordance with the regulations of accounting standards and the instructions of the Bank of Iraq , then the financial accounting that the research reached (the disposal of real estate within the legal accounting stipulated in Law No. 94) for the year 2004 that accounting for profits and business results.
Total dissolved solids are at the top of the parameters list of water quality that requires investigations for planning and management, especially for irrigation and drinking purposes. If the quality of water is sufficiently predictable, then appropriate management is possible. This paper aims to propose a hybrid approach of two powerful methods, namely the differential transform and finite difference methods, to obtain the solution of the coupled Whitham-Broer-Kaup-Like equations which arises in shallow-water wave theory. The capability of the method to such problems is verified by taking different parameters and initial conditions. The numerical simulations are depicted in 2D and 3D graphs. It is shown that the used approach returns accurate solutions for this type of problems in comparison with the analytic ones.

Although tattooed literary characters are not new in literature, they are still in children’s literature. Inked characters were nearly absent from children’s books and with the dawn of the twenty first century many of them portrayed tattooed characters. The problem of the study lies in the lack of studies concerning these types of characters in children’s books. Show MoreNew heterocyclic compounds derived from 2-Morpholino-1,8-naphthyridine-4-carboxylic acid such as oxadiazolo, thiadiazolo – thione and triazolo-thione have been prepared and characterized on the basis of IR and 1H NMR spectra data. The hydrizide compound was utilized as a starting material for preparing of these compounds. The second part of this study involves the biological studies of some of these naphthyridine derivatives by using three different kinds of bacteria namely: Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruglnosa and Escherichia coli. The data indicated that some of these compounds have a good activity against the tested bacteria in comparison to antibiotics.

Diabetic retinopathy is one of most important complications of diabetes mellitus that can be treated by Nd:YAG laser. Laser is used in ophthalmic practice for photocoagulation and photodisruption. The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in immunological ,hematological and biochemical values after treatment of diabetic retinopathy by laser.
