A total of 47 samples were collected from different clinical specimens (urine, wounds, burns, sputum, blood, stools) during the period from November 2013 to
January 2014, only 18 isolates (38.29%) were identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae ,11isolates (23.4%) as E. coli , 9 isolates (19.1%) as S. aureus, 3isolates (6.3%) as Psedomonase spp., 2 isolates (4.2 %) as K. terrigena and 4 isolates (8.5%) as K. oxytoca. The results were shown the elevation of K. pneumoniae percentage among the bacterial isolates depending on cultural, microscopically, biochemically characteristics and confirmed by using the API 20E and VITEK 2 system . He showed in most of his writings the political weakness of Spain, and made prominent the remarkable literary aspect of Spain. He had a very good tlent for poetry, and a rather polite  style in exploiting colloquialisms in his literary writings. He wrote about philosophy, where his most prominent work was "The cradle and the grave". Objectives: To study the effect of providing tertiary (specialized) health care for type 2 diabetic patients to meet the WHO and ADA standards and glycemic targets.
Method: Six months, Jan. – Jun. 2010, cohort study was conducted on 600 adult diabetics who registered in the National Diabetes Center (NDC) / Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad – Iraq. They were followed for 3- 6 months; each time patients were examined physically and their blood pressure, height, weight and BMI were measured. The aim of this research was to indicate the opinion of the Iraqi consumer awareness of the risks associated with consuming canned food, the questionnaire was included 20 questions for label information, consumer culture, shopping, marketing, awareness and knowledge as a tool to survey the opinions of 300 consumers in Baghdad, the data was analyzed by using percentage, weighted mean, and weight percent, the results obtained showed that the Iraqi consumer need more information, training and guidance programs in food safety handling issue for canned food, especially in analysis of label information and growing of consumer culture for shopping, right marketing, awareness and knowledge.
