The current research seeks to identify the role of the marketing intelligence system in its dimensions (customer intelligence, market intelligence, competitor intelligence, insurance product intelligence, sales representatives) and its reflection on improving the quality of the insurance service provided by the National Insurance Company represented in its dimensions (reliability, response, tangibility, Safety, the spirit of empathy, communication) adopted in the current research, and based on that, the research came as an attempt to find out the extent to which the research sample company can apply the approach of the marketing intelligence system and its impact on improving the quality of the insurance service provided to customers, The problem of the research was the absence of an organizational unit that undertakes the tasks of applying the marketing intelligence system approach affiliated to the marketing department in the company in question. The nature of interstellar matter has been explained by presenting a model consists of organic and inorganic materials mixture in the wavelength range (9-12) μm.
Laboratory samples of different concentrations of these materials were prepared and examined by using FTIR spectrometer device. Results of spectra for these samples are compared with observation of Trapezium nebula in the same wavelengths range. The presentwork is a theoretical study in the field of charged particle optics. It concentrates on the design of electrostatic enzil lens for focusing charge particles beams, using inverse method in designingthe electrostatic lens. The paraxial ray equation was solved to obtain the trajectory of the particles, the optical properties such as the focal length and spherical and chromatic aberration coefficients were determined. The shape of the electrode of the electrostatic lens were determined by solving poison equation and the results showed low values of spherical and chromatic aberrations, which are considered as good criteria for good design.
