Deconstruction theory is a theory that appeared After construction theory, and it tends, through some key principles, to reach the purposive and the main meaning of the text by the means of different perspectives. In other words, deconstruction is a critical literary theory and a contemporary philosophical approach that work together to reach exact concept of the text, and this is achieved through reading and analyzing the text. Fourteen morphologically varied Ricinus communis L. seeds were collected from different localities in Egypt, El-Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Seed morphology and ITS barcoding analysis were performed to assess their diversity and phylogenetic relationship. Sequence’s alignment of nrITS region from different accessions display high levels of genetic similarities. Background: COVID-19 is a disease that started in Wuhan/China in late 2019 and continued through 2020 worldwide. This study aimed to assess the possible association of oxytocin (OXT) gene with reproductive traits in two groups of Awassi ewes that differ in their reproductive potentials. Sheep were genotyped using PCR—single-stranded conformation polymorphism approach. Three genotypes were detected in exon 2, CC, CA, and AA, and a novel SNP was identified with a missense effect on oxytocin (c.188C > A → p.Arg55Leu).
