the Current research aims to identify the psychological stressors coping strategies and their relationship to the cognitive motivation among Al-Anbar University students through the following hypotheses: 1) no statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) among the sample according to the instrumental support strategy depending on the variable type and specialization, 2) No statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) among the sample in regard of coping avoiding strategy depending on the variable type and specialization, 3) There is no statistically significant difference at a level (0.05) in cognitive motivation level among Al-Anbar University students, 4) No statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) among respondents in the cognitive impulse depending on the variable type and specialization. 5) No statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) between stressors and cognitive motivation among respondents. The results revealed: 1. Variety of strategies were used by Al-Anbar University students to confront the psychological stresses. 2. The study found a statistically significant differences in strategies for confronting the pressure returns to the variable of specialization. 3. Al-Anbar University students shoed a good degree of cognitive motivation. 4. The study confirms a statistically significant differences in cognitive motivation due to the variable of specialization. 5. The study revealed a positive relationship between total grade of coping strategies and cognitive motivation of the study sample
