Abstract

Personality is one of the most important elements that should be developed in university student. Thus, we have to develop the positive traits and neutralize the negative traits of students as well as we have to pay attention to the level of student achievement at the same time, the researcher designed a scale to measure the traits of study sample. The research come out with a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which Enhancing the positive characteristics of university students in order to reach them to the level of mature personality with mental health. Enhancing the positive role of the high level of achievement by motivating the students with continuous reward and in all the ways they are capable of in university education. Additionally, the researcher recommended conducting a similar study involving a number of Iraqi universities to compare the results achieved and access to Iraqi approaches that enhance the positive aspects of the personality of university students.

NEW ORGANOTIN(IV) COMPLEXES DERIVED FROM 3,4-DIHYDROXYBENZALDEHYDEN(4)-ETHYL-3-SEMICARBAZONE LIGAND: SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERISATION AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
...Show More Authors

Two new organotin(IV) complexes Me2Snesc (C1) and Bu2Snesc (C2) have been synthesised from the reaction of the corresponding organotin(IV) chloride with the Schiff base ligand 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-4-ethylsemicarbazone (H2esc). The ligand was prepared in two steps. The first step includes the formation of 4-ethylsemicarbazide, which then reacted with 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde to give the title ligand. Complex formation between the organotin(IV) moiety and the anionic form of 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehy-4-ethylsemicarbazone occurred through the o-dihydroxy positions. The ligand and its complexes were characterised by elemental analysis, FT-IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. Accordingly, the complexes were proposed to have tetrahedr

A resume is the first impression between you and a potential employer. Therefore, the importance of a resume can never be underestimated. Selecting the right candidates for a job within a company can be a daunting task for recruiters when they have to review hundreds of resumes. To reduce time and effort, we can use NLTK and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract essential data from a resume. NLTK is a free, open source, community-driven project and the leading platform for building Python programs to work with human language data. To select the best resume according to the company’s requirements, an algorithm such as KNN is used. To be selected from hundreds of resumes, your resume must be one of the best. Theref

Abstract
The unexpected death of humans due to a lack of medical care is a serious problem. Additionally, the number of elderly people requiring continuous care is increasing. A global aging population poses a challenge to the sustainability of conventional healthcare systems for the future. Simultaneously, recent years have seen remarkable progress in the Internet of Things (IoT) and communication technologies, alongside the growing importance of artificial intelligence (AI) explainability and information fusion. Therefore, developing smart healthcare systems based on IoT and advanced technologies is crucial. This would open up new possibilities for efficient and intelligent medical system
... Show More

Abstract The current study aims to 1) identify the prevalent Enneagram personality types and the academic self among the sixth-grade students of the distinguished secondary schools; 2) the differences of relationship between the Enneagram personality types and the academic self-concept based on gender; 3) identify the correlation between the Enneagram personality types and the academic self-concept; and 4) identify the contribution of each type of personality types to the academic self-concept. To this end, two instrument were used to collect the data: Riso-Hudson’s scale,1995 was administered to measure enneagram types which had translated to the Arabic language by ( al-yassery,2004), the other instrument was constructed by the author de

Oral Health Status, Salivary MMP-8& Secretory Leukocyte Peptidase Inhibitor (SLPI) Among Uncontrolled Type-I Diabetes Mellitus In Iraqi Patients
...Show More Authors

Background: diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia that results in deficiency or absence of insulin production. The dental caries and gingivitis/periodontitis are widespread chronic diseases in diabetes. The aim of the present study was determined the salivary matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-8), Secretory Leukocyte Peptidase Inhibitor (SLPI) and oral health status among uncontrolled diabetic group in comparison with healthy control group. Materials and Methods: The total sample composed of 90 adults aged (18-35) years. Divided into 60 uncontrolled diabetic patients (HbA1c >7%) and 30 healthy control group. Unstimulated saliva was collected from each subject with type-I DM, BMI, duration of diabetes, HbA1c%, DMFT, gingi

Aqueous Artemisia herba-alba Asso Preparation as a Botanical Adjunct to Dapagliflozin: Enhanced Glycemic Control in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats
...Show More Authors

Background/Objectives: optimization of the therapeutic efficacy of antidiabetic agents is still a great challenge in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and attention is becoming more and more focused on the use of adjunctive agents that help target the drug action beyond the classic glycemic target. This study examined the effect of co-administration of an Artemisia herba-alba Asso (Asteraceae) aqueous extract on the glucose-lowering effect of dapagliflozin, a sodium–glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. Methods: qualitative phytochemical screening and total phenolic and total flavonoid content were used to characterize the aqueous preparation. Male Wistar albino rats were divided into eight groups (10 rats ea

Local wheat peel as a solid surface to remove Azure B dye from aqueous solution:Equilibrium isotherms and thermodynamic study
...Show More Authors

In this research local wheat peel was used as an adsorbent surface for removal of Azure B (AB) dye from the aqueous solution. The adsorption process was performed at different experimental parameters, equilibrium time, temperature, ionic strength and solution pH. The isotherms of adsorption are of H-type as compared with Giles curves and the adsorption data were coincide with Freundlich equation. The adsorption kinetic data were analyzed using pseudo- first and second order kinetic models. The effect of temperature was studied and the amount of dye adsorbed was found to increase with the increasing of temperature from 25 to 50 oC. The values of thermodynamic functions like enthalpy and entropy have been estimated. The quantity of adso
