The current study aims at identifying:

1-The intellectual stress of counselors according to gender variable (male, female ).

2-The five major  factors of the  Counselor's  Personality.

3-  The relationship between intellectual stress and the five major factors of the councilors' personality and according to gender variable (male, female ).

4-The significant differences in the relationship between intellectual stress and the five major factors of the councilors' personality and according to gender variable  (male, female ).

The current study is considered a field study to measure the level of satisfaction of the academic programs of Media Masters students. That was accomplished through surveying the attitudes of the students who are enrolled in the faculties of media at the following universities: (Petra University, The Middle East University (MEU), and Al-Yarmouk University). Those students were enrolled in the master’s program within the formal educational system during the second semester of the academic year (2015 – 2016). The study aimed to examine the sensitivity to stress and its relation to positive mood among educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach as more an appropriate method for the current study. The sample is composed of (200) educational supervisor. To collect study data, two scales have been used: one scale to measure the sensitivity to stress and the other to measure the positive mood. The results indicated that a high level of sensitivity to stress with low level of positive mood among educational supervisors, sensitivity to stress showed significant differences among the sample regarding to major.
