The present study is meant to inquire about the training needs of middle stage leaders in Bisha, (Saudi Arabia) from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.

This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). Results have shown no significant differences at (α=0.05) in the sample’s expectations of the study’s variables.

The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*). In this work, enhancement to the fluorescence characteristics of laser dye solutions hosting highly-pure titanium dioxide nanoparticles as random gain media. This was achieved by coating two opposite sides of the cells containing these media with nanostructured thin films of highly-pure titanium dioxide. Two laser dyes; Rhodamine B and Coumarin 102, were used to prepare solutions in hexanol and methanol, respectively, as hosts for the nanoparticles.
