التحمل النفسي لدى المرشدين التربويين وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات

إستأثر مفهوم قوة التحمل النفسي (Psychological Hardiness)      رغم حداثته نسبياً بأهتمام العديد من الباحثين والدارسين . وحاولت الدراسات إبراز دوره المهم والفاعل في منع حدوث التأثيرات السلبية المتوقعة التي تحدثها ظروف الحياة الضاغطة على قابلية الفرد بصورة عامة ولا زال الاهتمام مستمراً في التحقق من هذا الدور . وتحاول الدراسة الحالية أن تلقي مزيداً من الضوء على هذا المفهوم وطبيعته مما يزيد من المعرفة النظرية والعملية .

            ولما كان للمرشدين التربويين دور تربوي مهم وفعال في مساعدة الطلبة والنشيء نحو النمو السليم فإن الأهتمام بهم يعد إهتماماً بالمجتمع فهم طاقة ووسيلة لمساعدة الطلبة على تحقيق مطالب النمو السليم ، لذا ينبغي أن تنال هذه الشريحة الرعاية والاهتمام والتوجيه بما يكفل بناء شخصياتهم بجميع جوانبها العقلية والنفسية والاجتماعية والوجدانية . ولعل هذا البحث يمثل جزء من هذا الاهتمام ، الأمر الذي دفع الباحثتين الى القيام بالبحث الحالي لأيجاد الجواب العلمي للتساؤل الحالي : (هل يتمتع المرشدين التربويين بقوة التحمل النفسي؟) .

أهمـية  البحث والحاجة اليه :

            مما لاشك فيه أن التربية ضرورة انسانية تؤدي وظائف متعددة الجوانب للفرد والمجتمع معاً ، وعليه تباين في طريقة استثمارها ، وأصبحت تستثمر وسيلة لتحقيق أهداف المجتمع القومية اكثر من ذي قبل ، نتيجة للتطور السريع في حياة الانسان وبيئته (ظافر ، 1974 ، ص151) . وتتجلى أهميتها كأداة للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ووسيلة تهدف اساساً الى إعداد الفرد للحياة ، فالتربية الحديثة لا تهتم بتعليم المعارف والعلوم حسب بل صبت اهتمامها نحو الفرد كوحدة ، حيث الأعتناء بشخصية المتعلم ونموها المتكامل كفرد يتعامل مع بيئته وإعداده للحياة (بن عقيل ، 1996 ، ص2) .

            ومن هنا جاءت الحاجة الى توفير الخدمات الارشادية في المؤسسات التعليمية والاهتمام بالكادر الارشادي والتي أصبحت ضرورة تربوية وانسانية في الوقت ذاته ، وبهذا تبرز اهمية الارشاد والتوجيه ودورهما في كشف قدرات الطلبة وميولهم والعمل على توجيههم في اختيار نوع الدراسة الملائمة التي تهيء للمهن التي يلتحقون بها مستقبلاً (بن عقيل ، 1996 ، ص5) .

            إن إدخال الخدمات الارشادية الى المدارس والجامعات والمعاهد ما هو إلا أحد الأدلة التي تعبر عن إتجاهات تجديد النظم التربوية وتحسينها لما لها من علاقة بالعملية التعليمية ومن اهمية في تقوية الصلة بين الطالب والمجتمع . حيث أكد فالجهون (Vaughan , 1975) أنه لا يمكن التفكير في التربية والتعليم من دون الإرشاد والتوجيه ولا يمكن الفصل التام بينهما . وأشارت دراسة بيكر وسيسرك (Baker & Ciserk , 1980) الى أن الخدمات الأرشادية التي تقدم للطلبة تسهم في تحسين مستوى تكيفهم الأكاديمي وتحسين إتجاهاتهم نحو العمل ونحو أنفسهم وتقلل من مستوى القلق لديهم (الجنابي ، 1989 ، ص18) . والمرشد التربوي يعد وسيلة فعالة لتوجيه الطلبة وتعديل سلوكهم وزيادة تحصيلهم العلمي ، وبنفس الوقت أداة ناجحة لتوفير الوقت والجهد في مجالات التعليم كافة (صالح ، 1985 ، ص88) .

This research aims to identify the effect of measuring reinforcement (regular - irregular) in gamification upon developing computer skills among secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research experiment was applied on two samples of (68) secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Aurar region.
