The aim of the present research is to measure the degree of strategic effectiveness (fahs) in the development of grammar skills of high school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to achieve the goal of the researcher the researcher used the semi-experimental approach; On ten arbitrators specializing in grammar, morphology, curricula and methods of teaching the Arabic language. The study aims to build a training program based on the Connectivism Theory to develop e-learning competencies for Islamic education teachers in the Governorate of Dhofar, as well as to identify its effectiveness. The study sample consisted of (30) Islamic education teachers to implement the training program, they were randomly selected. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفقا لاستراتيجية (تنال القمر ) ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة التي درست على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة .

The study aimed to recognize the impact of polygamy on academic achievement and self-confidence among Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University students.
