الوهن العصبي

مشكلة البحث :

           نكتسب دراسة الشخصية بجوانبها المتعددة اهميتة بالغة في ميدان العلوم التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية وتنال عناية كبيرة خاصة بعد ان بدأت المجتمعات في عالم اليوم تواجه ظاهرة الامراض النفسية والعصبية فيها بسبب ما  أ فرزته  التغيرات الثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي لحقت بمؤسساتها الاجتماعية التقليدية كالاسرة والمجتمع المحلي وبقية المؤسسات الاجتماعية الاخرى ( دويدار ،1992 ،ص 71) .

     وعليه فأن الازمات السياسية والاقتصادية التي يعشيها مجتمعنا العراقي والظروف الحياتية الصعبة وغير الطبيعية الناتجة عن الحروب وسني الحصار الطول وانعدام الامن عقب الاحتلال الأمريكي تترك تصدعا كبيرا في قيم وعادات وتقاليد وشخصيات افراده وأزمات نفسية شديدة تنتهي بهم الى الشعور بالعجز عن الوصول الى حلول لاسباب يملكها مما يؤدي الى تشكيل مواقف احباطية متكررة تتعر ض لها حاجاته ورغباته وضغوط انفعالية شديدة  وقوية تدفعه الى الشعور بالنقص والضعف والعجز وحدوث التوتر النفسي والاضطراب الانفعالي والاصابة بالوهن العصبي ( فهمي ، 1961 ، ص 235) .

      وقد لاحظت الباحثة ان الكثير من الطلبة لديهم شعور بالتعب والضعف بأستمرار ويشكون الالاما جسدية كأرجاع الرأس او المفاصل او الظهر ويتذمرون من تكليفهم بأبسط الواجبات  ويتهربون من  القيام بمسؤولياتهم كطلبة ويعانون نقصا في الميول والاهتمامات وليست لديهم خطة للحياة المستقبلية وهذه تمثل بعض خصائص الشخصية النوراستينية  التي ترجع الى النموذج العصابي للوهن العصبي (الحاج ،1987،ص226) .

       وعليه فأن تشخيص هذه السمة وتحديدها يتطلب ايجاد اداة تكشف وتشخيص الافراد الذين يملكون مستويات مختلفة من الشعور بالوهن العصبي وذلك من اجل اعداد البرامج الارشادية والوسائل العلاجية التي من شأنها مساعدتهم على اعادة بناء الثقة بأنفسهم بأتجاه تحقيق مستقبل أفضل .

       وبما أنه لايوجد هناك مقياس للوهن العصبي مصمم على البيئة العراقية يمتاز بالصدق والثبات والموضوعية فقد أرتأت الباحثة ان تقوم بأعداد هذه الاداة متبعة في ذلك الخطوات العلمية في بناء الاختبارات والمقاييس لتحدد من خلالها مستوى الشعور بالوهن العصبي وبصورة دقيقة عند شريحة مهمة من شرائح المجتمع وهم طلبة الجامعة .

Expression of Ki 67 and P53 immunohistochemical markers in central nervous system astrocytoma

Background: Astrocytic tumors are the most common primary tumors of the central nervous system. Several grading systems are used to grade astrocytomas. The most widely used system is the World Health Organization (WHO) classification (1979, 1993, 2000, and 2007) that grades astrocytomas (I-IV) based on cytological atypia, mitotic activity, vascular proliferation, and necrosis: pilocytic astrocytoma (grade I), diffuse astrocytoma (grade II), anaplastic astrocytoma (grade III), and glioblastoma (grade IV).

Frequency of Hypothyroidism in Patients with Fibromyalgia Syndrome.

Background: Fibromyalgia (FMS) is characterized by chronic widespread pain and allodynia (pain from stimuli which are not normally painful with pain that may occur other than in the area stimulated) of more than 3 months duration. The current hypothesis of the etiology of FMS includes inflammatory and neuroendocrine disorders.
