الشعور بالنقص وعلافته بسمات الشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة

يعاني كل منا في فترة من فترات حياته من النقص في نواحي مختلفة ربما ينتهي هذا الشعور بعد فترة وربما يبقى لفترة من الوقت الا ان من المهم التعرف فيما اذا كان هذا الشعور ذأ تأثير ايجابي او سلبي ونقصد به اذا كان ايجابيا فان الفرد سيحاول تعويض هذا النقص بشكل يطور فيه نفسه وقدراته لسد هذا النقص بينما السلبي فان الفرد قد يلجأ الى الانتقام او ايذاء الاخرين بسبب هذا الشعور مع ما يرافق هذا الشعور من انخفاض في تقدير الذات  وضعف القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية والبحث الحالي يتصدى لهذا الموضوع المهم مع ربطه بسمات الشخصية التي تشكل البنية الاساسية لشخصية الفرد والمشكلة التي يركز عليها البحث هل هناك علاقة بين الشعور بالنقص وسمات شخصية الطلبة الجامعين ؟.

اهمية البحث:

الافراد جميعا يسعون بكل جهودهم الى تحقيق اهداف وانجازات معينة ,وما ان يتم لهم ذلك حتى تتشكل لهم اهداف وغايات اخرى ,وهكذا تبرز لديهم اهداف جديدة وتظهر حاجات اضافية يسعون للحصول  عليها واشباعها ,لذا فان ما ينقص كل فرد من هؤلاء الافراد كثير ومتجدد ومستمر على مدى حياتهم ,والدليل على ذلك الاحساس المستمر لدى بني البشر بالاحتياج وطلب المزيد, فهناك من يشعر ان يتقصه المظهر الجيد وهناك من يشعر ان تنقصه المهارات الاجتماعية ,وهناك من يشعر انه ينقصه المركز العلمي,وهناك من يشعر ان ما ينقصه هو الاقتدار المادي ,وهكذا الى جانب امور اخرى كثيرة يشعر الفرد انها تنقصه ما دام على قيد الحياة ,لذا يبقى الفرد في سعي دائم لتحقيق ما قد يشعر انه ينقصه.

وبما ان الانسان كان ومنذ مدة بعيدة قياسا الى الطبيعة وقدراته الهائلة كائنا محدود القدرة أوضعيف القدرة فان الشعور بالنقص كان ملازما له يحفزه دائما للكشف عن افضل الوسائل التي يوافق بين نفسه وبيئته الطبيعية التي تحيط به(Adler,1930,p.29).

وبهذا الخصوص يرى ادلر ان الشعور بالنقص ليس امرا شاذا بل هو العلة في كل ما توصل اليه الجنس البشري وان الازذهار العلمي لايقوم الا اذا استشعر الافراد حاجتهم الى المعرفة والسعي لتحسين حياتهم (Adler,1931,p18 ).

The socio-psychological implications on the investigators of police directorate in Hebron district
