اتجاهات الشباب نحو استخدام العنف ضد المرأة في مدينة بغداد

تشير الادبيات الى ان العنف قد رافق الانسان منذ بدء الخليقة حتى يومنا هذا، الا ان التطور العلمي والتكنلوجي والسرعة الفائقة في التغيير قد زاد من حجمه، وعدد مثيراته واختلفت نوعيته تبعاً لارتقاء الانسان ( العكيلي، 2000، ص91).

يتسم القرن الحادي والعشرين بظاهرة العنف بشكل عام، حيث لم تسلم منطقة منه، وهذا لا يمثل تهديداً لمنجزات الانسان المادية والاجتماعية فقط، ولكنه يمتد نحو الانسان ذاته. وسلوك العنف المقترن بأستخدام القوة الفيزيائية، هو ذلك الفايروس الحامل للقسوة والمانع للمودة. اذ لم يكن العنف في يوم من الايام ولن يكون فطرياً بل هو قدر احمق مكتسب من البيئة، فلم يكن الانسان عنيفاً يوم ولدته امه بل ان الطبيعة وعسر الحياة وسوء التربية وعنف الاباء هو الذي يولد العنف عند الشباب أو الرجال ضد الاخرين وبخاصة المرأة، وهو الذي يفرز العنف في خلايا الدماغ حتى حملته صبغياته الوراثية فكاد ان يكون موروثاً.(القباني، 2004، ص12).

العنف ضد المرأة ظاهرة عالمية تعاني منها المرأة في كل مكان، وأينما كانت وبمختلف الاشكال، العنف ( الجسدي، اللفظي، النفسي )، وبالرغم من الانتشار الواسع لهذه الظاهرة، الا انها لم تحظى بالاهتمام الكافي الا بعد أن بدأت الحركة النسوية العالمية تؤكد على اهمية ربط قضايا حقوق المرأة بقضايا حقوق الانسان.(محمود، 2003، ص29).

اظهر تقرير اصدرته الامم المتحدة في عام 2001 ان واحدة من كل ثلاث نساء في العالم تتعرض للعنف او سوء المعاملة بصورة أو بأخرى، وغالباً ما يكون هذا العنف بواسطة انسان يعرفنه جيداً.

و تقول منظمة العفو الدولية المدافعة عن حقوق الانسان أن ملايين النساء يتعرض يومياً للتعذيب والاهانة والضرب من قبل افراد أسرهن او رؤسائهن في العمل بصفة خاصة. وان ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة لا يزال شائعاً على نحو وبائي، بالرغم من التعهدات التي قطعها المجتمع الدولي على نفسه، خفض العنف ضد المرأة في مؤتمر المرأة(ببكين).
