The problem of research is that the colleges of education in general and the College of Education in particular continue to follow traditional administrative patterns and that there is a complaint that the educational outputs do not match the aspirations of the society and its future directions. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of quality assurance standards in the college and to create a future vision for these standards to apply them. The researcher has designed a questionnaire based on the responses of the research sample which consisted of a group of university teachers to identify the quality assurance standards. The findings revealed that it is necessary to find a clear approach to apply the standards of quality in college. The research comes out with a number of recommendation and suggestions.

In this work the production of activated carbon (AC) from Imperata is done by microwave assisted Potassium hydroxide (KOH) activation and using this activated carbon for the purpose of the uptake of amoxicillin (AMX) by adsorption process from aqueous solution. The effects for irradiation power (450-800W), irradiation time (6-12min) as well as impregnation ratio (0.5-1 g/g) on the AMX uptake and yield AMX uptake at an initial concentration of AMX (150 mg/g). In general the laser showed effect on bacterial growth that reach to complete killing, the statistical analysis showed that there is weak correlation between laser at 400mJ with killed percentage. While in 500mJ its exhibit complete correlation with killing percentage, this correlation was decreased with increasing in power to 800mJ and 900Mj.
New 1,2,4-triazole derivatives of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MB) are reported.
