The study aims to identify the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment and the implementation of remote supervision in relation to two variables with respect to the employees of the Saudi Ministry of Education. The study included (456) male and female supervisors. The questionnaire has been administrated to collected data related to the research aims. The results indicated that both the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment and the implementation of remote supervision is of an average degree. There is a significant correlation relationship (p<0.05) between administrative empowerment and remote supervision of the educational supervisors of the Saudi Ministry of Education. Abstract

The current study aims to identify university students' attitudes towards reading and its relationship to some demographic variables in the universities of the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (1434) male and female university students from various Omani public and private universities affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education. The study covered all (11) governorates of Oman. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher employed a scale of reading attitudes to collect the needed data. This study aimed at identifying the counseling needs for classroom teachers specialization in
Jerash university. The sample of the study consisted (112) students. To achieve this goal a
scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as
follows; family, social, psychological and academic domain. The results of this study showed
