التربية النفسية والاخلاقية عند مسكويه في كتابه ( تهذيب الاخلاق وتطهير الاعراق)

أن الامم والشعوب لاتستطيع المحافظة على استمرار وجودها وتقدمها ورقيها، إلابفضل إعداد اجيالها المتعاقبة الاعداد السليم المتكامل ، وبقدر ما تحافظ الامم والشعوب على تربية هذه الاجيال للتمسك بدينها ، ومعتقداتها ، واخلاقها ، بقدر ما تحافظ على بقائها وعلو شأنها ، وكما فطنت الامم والشعوب إلى اهمية تربية اجيالها ، فطن اعداؤها الى ضرورة التخريب في جذور البناء الصحيح لتربية الاجيال ( فاطمة ، 1998، ص2).

والتربية تراكم من النضج عبر التطور ، وجهد موصول على مر الايام ، وقد لانفقه الكثير من المعاني المتعلقة بتراث التربية الحديثة ، اذا لم نرجع الى اصولها وجذورها ، وإذا لم نتبين كيف ولدت وتكونت خلال الارث الحضاري الذي تنتسب اليه ( عبد الدائم ، 1978، ص21).

فالتربية اذن مفهوم واسع وشامل ، وهي تبعاً لهذا المفهوم الواسع تشكل الشخصية ، وتؤهل الهوية ، وتسعى الى ايجاد الانسان الصالح المنتج ، القادر على المساهمة الفعالة في تطوير مجتمعه بشكل يتسق والقيم والمثل العليا للمجتمع ، ويتوجه بجهد نحو غايات واهداف واضحة ومتعددة ، حددتها فلسفة الدولة وأكدتها شرائعها و دساتيرها ، ورسمتها برامجها المتنوعة والمتعددة( الذيفاني  1997، ص25).
